ONE STAR -- TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP, BROKEN PROMISES, AND MY BRAND-NEW VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED WHILE IN…read moreHIS POSSESSION If you want a chrome delete that starts PEELING within 24 hours, go to Scott. If you want your brand-new vehicle damaged while it's in his possession, go to Scott. And if you expect accountability when things go wrong, look somewhere else. In March 2026, Scott performed a chrome delete, window tint, and wheel powder coating on my vehicle. Within ONE DAY of picking it up, the chrome delete film was already pulling back from the trim in multiple places throughout the vehicle. For a professional job, this was completely unacceptable. I asked Scott to correct the work. After MONTHS of excuses and delays, I finally dropped off my vehicle on July 2. Scott assured me he had cleared his schedule and would have my vehicle ready by the end of the day. Over the following days, he called with repeated progress updates and asked for more time. He claimed he had removed the roof rails and would powder coat them at no charge because the film kept peeling. He repeatedly assured me the rest of the vehicle was finished and looked perfect. He then asked for until Monday, July 6, to wrap things up. MORE PROMISES. MORE EXCUSES. NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. On Monday afternoon, Scott called to tell me my vehicle had been involved in an ACCIDENT. I went to inspect it, expecting that at least the months-overdue chrome delete repair would finally be completed. Instead, NONE of the chrome delete work had even been started. My vehicle was essentially in the same condition as when I dropped it off--except now it had significant damage. Scott had assured me that my vehicle would be kept inside the garage when he wasn't at the shop. Given what happened, those assurances clearly did not translate into my vehicle being protected. Scott claimed he was not present when the incident occurred and that it was a hit-and-run. His response? Someone else hit it, so apparently it wasn't his problem. Eventually, Scott's neighbor took responsibility for hitting my vehicle with a boat. But let's be clear: my vehicle would never have been sitting there in the first place if Scott had done the chrome delete correctly and addressed the peeling when I initially brought it to his attention. I asked Scott for a refund on the chrome delete work he never properly completed or corrected. Given the failed workmanship, months of delays, and the damage that occurred while my vehicle was in his possession, I expected a reasonable resolution. Scott refused to refund me a single penny. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the contrast between Scott's salesmanship and his actions. He's friendly, personable, and repeatedly tells you, "I'll take care of you." But when the work fails and a serious problem arises, those words mean nothing. A friendly attitude is not a substitute for quality workmanship, keeping your commitments, protecting a customer's property, or making things right when something goes wrong. I entrusted Scott with my brand-new vehicle. I received a chrome delete that started peeling within a day, months of delays and excuses, an accident while the vehicle was in his possession, unfinished work, and absolutely no refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of shops out there. Choose one that stands behind its work and treats your property with the care it deserves.

He was always available through calls and texts, and even sent me progress pictures. He is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be back to complete some other enhancements on my vehicle! I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. So, I brought it back and he completely buffed out both panels he had worked on.

I reached out to him to find out what he would charge to fix my wheels because they cause vibrate at speeds over 60 mph. I reached out to a couple of other businesses to have this done, and their prices were much higher, and I had no prior experience with them therefore, I decided to go with the company that I have had previous experience. Initially, I was going to leave my car so that he could do both wheels the same day and pick up my car tomorrow but I think I'll have him do both and per our conversation he should have them ready tomorrow. I will edit this post tomorrow with the final result & a rating. You will see before and after pictures. GN3
