Got in, two customers in front of me, no big deal, I was willing to wait, no problem with waiting. Waited for about 10mns and a couple comes in after me, the two ladies started to help them BEFORE me (I didnt say anything) but the guy literally said you should help her first, they kept helping them. They checked out before me, left, the phone rings and they pick up the phone to help the customer on the phone before me as well. One of the girls working here is clueless, she doesnt know pricing, shipping times etc. I didnt make a big deal nor said anything but felt very disrespected that they fully helped two customers that came after me. Ps the guy that was in front of me when I went in ended up leaving without being helped. Not coming here again sorry. read more

Owner was deceptive when talking about pricing and hidden set up fees for printing of a sign. Ended up paying more per sign, because the Fast Signs was just more willing to help me and was personable. Weekend hours are by appointment only. Not a good experience. read more

Falta de profesionalismo total. Yo traigo mi tarjeta profesional de ZUMBA que es una compañía reconocida que tiene su material publicitario prediseñado para sus miembros. Pero el señor sin saber eso, lo primero que me dice que ese diseño está mal. También asume que mi tarjeta es un invento que yo copié de algún lugar de internet. Que falta de respeto! Todo para modificar el diseño que según él estaba mal y cobrar por eso. Luego le pedimos imprimir un documento de una sola página. S equivoca e imprime un documento de 4 páginas de otro cliente. Cuando el fin imprime el correcto nos dice que le debemos dinero a él por el documento correcto que era más corto. Pero para hacerse el bueno que no le tenemos que pagar más. En serio?! y para colmo le pido el precio de otro servicio de impresión de fotos y ya, predispuesto, asume que yo no voy a querer pagarlo y sin darme el precio me sugiere que vaya a otro lugar que s más barato que con ellos.
