I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

They told me I needed a "special label," said they couldn't help pack my item, and didn't even offer to print the label. Their only solution was telling me to drive 18 miles away to another location. I went to the Houston shipping center they mentioned, and they handled everything with zero issues. They packed my item, printed my label, and provided the hazardous label--all for free. It was fast, easy, and the complete opposite of the Cypress experience. This location clearly doesn't care about helping customers. If another store can do all of this without a problem, there's no excuse for the lack of effort here.
