Let's get into it! I'm always using UPS for one thing or another. This location like most I've gone to has friendly and helpful staff on site. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. The younger gentlemens that work here are always nice and polite. Yesterday there was one in training. I could tell he really wanted to learn to do his job right. I had no problem waiting while they helped him out. He kept apologizing but it honestly was no big deal and I showed him grace. I remember working as a teenager. I'm just happy these young men found good jobs! I appreciate this location employing these young adults!! Most recently I came here to return a few things to Amazon. The staff was more than helpful.  I wanted to tape the box together more. However,  the associate behind the counter said he would take care of it for me. I really appreciated that because I was kind of in a rush. I'm satisfied with the service I receive here. I will also have plenty more packages to send. So it's refreshing that the staff here is so helpful. read more

I usually go to this location once/week to drop off a package for a charity I'm involved with. The store is relatively small, and sometimes busy with a long line. There is a sign that says "Line starts here" that is moved up a bit but there is no place to set large packages so most people stay closer to the door where a table exists. The workers are not overly friendly. No smiles, just a constant "next customer in line please". However, I always get my package dropped off and get a receipt, and feel confident that it will be delivered. read more

Terrible service!! The manager may know a bunch of things but definitely Customer service is not his area!!! He said that he was going to take my package and not mail since it was not all covered in tape (it was an envelope size)... basically STEALING my package!! The blond/ white guy who imanager is pushing away your customers. He needs to go to work at a warehouse or not even... there's people working there too!!! He treats his customers like trash and a lot of people say the same! No one deserves that kind of treatment! I've already sent an email through the UPS complaint portal... So the store was packed with a line out the door. It was hard to get out because one of the doors was locked close. When opened someone that worked there came bursting out saying it needs to stay locked closed. I mean they is a damn fire hazard at this point. Also said he would have to charge to put a piece of tape on a box for a return. Never been to this specific UPS store and will not again. Just pathetic customer service. read more

This store did not want to accept an amazon shipped item since I didn't tape it with packing tape. They wanted to charge me to tape it with shipping tape. The manager was clearly rude and said that he didn't want to listen to me after I explained the situation. His words were "I don't care how it came to your house". I am disappointed and very shocked to see lack of compassion. I explained that my baby was born this morning and that this item that I needed to return was a gift that Amazon shipped poorly. They didn't care. I will not be coming here to drop off anymore Amazon returns. Amazon, do better. UPS, do better. read more

I'm updating my review. Once again I had to send a package back to Amazon from a UPS Store. This one is the closest to me. Walked up to the door and they had signs stating "must wear mask", and "only 5 at a time inside the store". THANK YOU for taking this COVID-19 seriously. They also had circles on the front 6 ft apart and plexiglass to protect them and us. I was happy to see the 2 guys were not longer there. There was 3 ladies working. They all were friendly. One of the ladies was helping another customer and the other one just finished helping someone who was leaving when I got there, the 3rd one asked if I needed help with a smile. I dropped my package off, got a receipt and started to leave. She told me to have a nice day before I could! I will return to this location when I need a UPS Store. read more

I went in today with multiple returns. Line was wrapping around the inside of the store (the typical expectation). There's a guy named Zavier - he is amazing and you can tell takes pride in his work. He is the most efficient, polite and genuine individual! read more

Was returning an Amazon order and didn't know I needed packaging. Lady in front of me had same issue but waived package fee. I was charged by a very rude person named Blake. Acted like he hates his job. I will not return for business. read more

Super disappointed in this location. They're usually really good but lately it seems like something has shifted. There were literally 11 people in line behind me and only 1 person working to assist customers. There was one employee laminating but not acknowledging anyone. UNBELIEVABLE LACK OF SERVICE AND PETTY GREED. Went in to do amazon return. Had printed the label at home and they want to charge one dollar to put a little tape to attach to box. They went on about not reading the Amazon instructions and also their store policy when asked to do customer service courtesy waive the fee one time . I was also told that every thing cost money in condescending rude way. How much does a one inch piece of tape cost you in reality. They just refuse to help are after Pennies when you know that they are getting paid by Amazon to provide this service. How petty and not caring .. They need to understand how important customer satisfaction and retention is and how could have had a very happy and grateful customer for absolutely no cost to them but instead they choose to make you feel bad for not reading Amazon instructions over and over . I wish I could leave no stars. This location the manager and the employees are very rude and impatient. I normally use the location closer to my house to return Amazon items and ship to other items. I've come here less than three times and the encounter is always something different and unpleasant. The manager made a big deal about two pieces of tap. Seriously, ridiculous! I do Amazon returns here frequently, never had any issues. Bring your returns boxed, taped and ready to go and there are no issues. If you come in expecting free boxes or tape Im sure no one wants to pay for your lack of preparation. This a fine place to do business. read more

Worst customer service ever, employees always have attitude, they nickel and dime for every little thing and we're talking about small little thing like a piece of tape so I can seal my box 7 inches long and they want to charge you a dollar, are you kidding me? Save yourself some hassle and time use FedEx, DHL or anybody else. If you're going to need operation cost, add to the whole shipping label, stop trying to nickel and dime somebody for a 7 inch piece of tape to seal the box and a dollar. read more

This is t he type of store that need the help the most since the pandemic. I choice this location awhile back even it is further away, at the beginning the staffs were very nice and fast for my Amazon returns, but today is a total different story. I waited a little bit and a middle age or older staff member wave me up to the counter, and ask me what he can do for me. I told him that I need to return my Amazon items, and he said put the package on the scale. I have no problem with that, but something just didn't sit right the way he say it. I have dealt with other staff in that location and never was talk to in such a manner. But I didn't think any more and just put the package on the scale and continue, the next item he take one look and said that the QR code is different type of QR coded return item? I didn't know what he meant by that, and he proceeded to tell me something about putting a return label on the package and I need an extra type of bag for the item? I have never heard of that and I have return many items before this clerk. So I told him that is not the instruction that I have received from Amazon and he proceeded on telling me that he is not responsible for the item that was left with his store? Because I didn't buy the extra bag as he tell me to buy. So I told him that is alright go ahead and put the label on the item that was bagged in it's original package, and he still talks about how it is not his responsibility for the item. I hope he know he gave me a receipt for the item so he has possession of the item. So therefore he is responsible or the store is responsible. So I said something in the fact that I will speak with Amazon and see when did the return policy change, and he start to raise his voice and said that "Oh now it has become my problem". in a manner that is so un professional it is un called for, maybe he think that I am a minority and he is better than me I don't know at this point, I just feel that he has a very bad manner toward a customer. All I said was that I will not buy a bag just because he said so, and I told him that if the business is that bad and he needs to resort to that type of tactic to make do, then I will be glad to buy a bag so it will help his business to stay afloat. What a bad person to be in a customer oriented business. From that little experience I will not step foot in that location, because I feel that if he is the owner and his attitude is that bad, then his staff will follow and that won't be a pleasant experience for any one.. Take it for what it is worth, go a little further and do business with some other location as KOHL. They are always friendly to deal with and give you s discount coupon for dropping the return items with them.. Good Job KOHL. Service and staff are great. But management seems to doesn't care about the safety or health of their customers nor employees. The management team demanded employees not to enforce UPS corporate stand to require masks and social distancing within their stores, and it is punitive to employees who ask customers to put mask in fear of their health. The management team is concern on bad reviews due to people not wanting to use mask in a enclose space. I respect the employees but I will moving my business to another UPS store, there are 3 within 5 miles radius. read more

Avoid at all cost. We had a package returned to them that we shipped UPS 2nd Air. We received a call from them to come pick it up. When I went in on behalf of my wife to get it, I gave them the original tracking number and was told they didn't have it - or couldn't find it and didn't know what to tell us. The guy was so rude, he said "I don't know how many times you want me to say it." - As many times as possible until you decide to perform some customer service and figure out how to help us is how many times! I gave you the shipped tracking number, you were the original shipper, you called and let us know it was returned. I mean really? How much more information do you need to find my package?? UPS customer service has gone down hill across the board for awhile now. Every shipper that gives me a choice, I chose not to use UPS as a rule and I hope you will do the same... read more

Just had the worst customer service experience ever here and was clearly lied on 2 separate visits. I went to ship a return and asked for the most cost effective way to ship it. I was quoted $84 for UPS Ground which was really high. I was told there was no option to ship it USPS. So I go home, logon to my USPS account and had no issue with size. Cost $52. I print the label and go to drop it off for USPS pickup at the same store and try to get some clarification as to why I could ship via USPS and they "had no option". Another employee got involved and measured the package; says the same thing, then he states the measurement. This is where they were caught clearly lying. He was adding 2" to each dimension of the package 54x14x6 instead of 52x12x4. He and I looked at it together and he still maintained the larger number was true. I asked to have one of the other customers come look and see if they agreed with him and he declined. Really sad as I've been coming here since they opened for my business shipping needs. He would not give me a manager's name or owner's name and said they are rarely in. He made no effort to solve the problem or own the mistake which just makes trusting them even worse. I took my package to the post office and would not leave it there as I was fearful it would be damaged intently. I cannot stand dishonest and combative service. If I owned this store, I certainly would be concerned and be there more often to prevent this kind of behavior. You just lost my business for me and my companies. read more

I come to this store quite often mostly to do Amazon returns for my employment. I had the worst experience with Blake! Every other time I've come into this UPS store I've had such a pleasant experience. Blake was in a bad mood obviously, I was returning some thing that was about 3 feet tall and I needed to purchase a box. Blake was very rude because I brought it in unboxed and I let him know I realized I needed to purchase one and that wasn't a problem. He walked away and came back and said it would be $40 for a shipping box! Which I thought was absurd! I asked him to please let me know another option of shipping and he said I have nothing else it's $40 or we can't help you! Today I called and spoke with the owner. The owner backed up Blake and said he had been working there for five years plus I told the owner that maybe since he's been there that long he should have a better attitude and treat your customers better. The owner just backed up Blake without any regard of what I went though with him. Needless to say I won't be going back to that facility again which I'm sure the owner could care less! Went in on a Thursday and paid $67 for a package to be delivered on Saturday. Package arrived on TUESDAY!!!! Went back to store and of course no refund. Said not their responsibility once the package leaves the store. If I wanted Tuesday delivery, I would have paid the $17 fee for that instead. There was no bad weather or any other natural disaster in the US at the time between drop off and delivery. read more

I love this UPS location. I usually visit 1-2 times per week and I am always greeted with a smile. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and doesn't frown upon me for dropping off packages with prepaid labels rather than making a purchase. Because of this, I choose to use this store when I do have shipping needs. In the past I've had to use a UPS store in the Energy Corridor and the contrast in customer services is night and day. read more
