I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

It was fast, easy, and the complete opposite of the Cypress experience. This location clearly doesn't care about helping customers. If another store can do all of this without a problem, there's no excuse for the lack of effort here.
