Working with Nikki of Akula Kreative was an absolute pleasure. I gave her the hard task of…read morebranding my start up business. Not only did she meet it, she exceeded it. From the beginning, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with based on her portfolio and reputation. But due to the fact that almost 100 miles of California land separated us at the time, we only met face to face once. In that short time, I gave her a short description of my artistic style and even more vague idea of what I'd like my branding to be. In the weeks that followed Nikki presented me with ideas that seemed she knew the direction of my business better than me! With quick correspondences and a high level of professionalism, my business obtained a brand and identity quickly and seamlessly. I can't wait until the next designing opportunity arises again.

They told me I needed a "special label," said they couldn't help pack my item, and didn't even offer to print the label. Their only solution was telling me to drive 18 miles away to another location. I went to the Houston shipping center they mentioned, and they handled everything with zero issues. They packed my item, printed my label, and provided the hazardous label--all for free. It was fast, easy, and the complete opposite of the Cypress experience. This location clearly doesn't care about helping customers. If another store can do all of this without a problem, there's no excuse for the lack of effort here.
