I took a friend to get her mail right at closing time, but had two returns myself. And when I asked if they could possibly take them, they did not hesitate to say yes! I wish I had asked for the young ladies name so I could give her a shout out, but as I was honestly expecting a no the question went right out of my head. This is such a great addition to have in our neighborhood! I have always had a great experience when I come to this UPS location for any service I am needing. I absolutely LOVE that they also have the Amazon return service, which I must add is SO easy. You simply show them your QR code to scan on your phone, and literally hand them the item... out the door you go! Easy peasy! The service is outstanding and I am so glad to not be stopping into the busy post office anymore! read more

I have lived in the area for over 10 years. I recently started going out of my way to use this Fairfield UPS location, because the 290 Kroger location is awful. They steal your items when you return them. When i mentioned to an employee he indicated *mazon always loses returns!?? ...not exactly sure what that means nor am unsure why *mazon does. It hold UPS liable once the item has been given to them. Anyway they're always unpleasant and the customer are is often cluttered. The Fairfield location seems to be the COMPLETE opposite. They're pleasant, greet the customers and I have yet to see the customer area cluttered. I certainly do not mind driving an extra 7-10 mins for better service. read more

I had a bad experience at another UPS cypress location (spring cypress/290). As soon as I left their store, I called Fairfield UPS and the associate (which I didn't grab her name but was very helpful and friendly) was super nice and generous about my situation that occurred and she said that's something that I can do. So I immediately when to the Fairfield location and they helped me with my needs and thanked them for being so kind! 10/10 recommend Fairfield location! read more

I actually had an experience where my package didn't arrive to my sister in California for her birthday in November. I was very sad and upset, and when I went back into the store, Rashida, the owner I believe, was extremely sympathetic and kindly listened to my story. To my surprise, she said she would file a claim immediately and find out what happened. I was so impressed when I received a phone call from her first thing the next morning. In the end, the tracking said it had been delivered, but sadly my sister never got her very personal gift. Rashida wasted no time and sent me a check that the claim covered for these things. Although I'm still sad about my sister's gift....I have to say, that Rashida and her UPS Store at 28610- Hwy 290 in Cypress, Texas, demonstrated a level of kindness and professionalism that is to be admired, and replicated by other businesses who wish to be at the top of their game. read more

I get it, it's the customers that make the line move slow. Many of them of which have no idea how a package goes from point A to point B. But this store has got to figure something out to make the line move quicker I've stood in line on two occasions way too long only to pack up my boxes back onto my dolly and put them back in the car. These were not Amazon returns, this was a good profit opportunity for the store that they missed out on. Long line = no business. Short line = business. It's that simple. read more

Very positive first experience. I had some invitations that I needed printed on card stock. I sent my invitation design to them and they were able to give me a quote very quickly. The quote was what I considered reasonable so I ordered from them. The invitations came out beautiful and I will definitely use them again in the future! Best service ever! I ship a lot through UPS/FedEx and was thrilled when this location (UPS 6843) opened. I returned satellite equipment here as part of a vendor/UPS return program. Rashida immediately knew what to do and was so friendly that I remembered the great experience. Sure enough, I lost my return receipt and was charged for the equipment. I called this UPS store not expecting much, but again Rashida went the extra mile and manually tracked down a month-old receipt to save me $100! Night-and-day experience compared to other shipping stores in the area, and easily my choice for shipping now. read more
