As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

White man doesn't offer any help and gets upset at the young white lady when I asked to speak to him. I have a missing package that the store shipped for me. The run around from the corporate number I received from the white man doesn't help at all. I really wish there was a way to report/Start an investigation on the team working because I turkey believe my package was stolen from that store and was never shipped.
