Let's get into it!…read more I'm always using UPS for one thing or another. This location like most I've gone to has friendly and helpful staff on site. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. The younger gentlemens that work here are always nice and polite. Yesterday there was one in training. I could tell he really wanted to learn to do his job right. I had no problem waiting while they helped him out. He kept apologizing but it honestly was no big deal and I showed him grace. I remember working as a teenager. I'm just happy these young men found good jobs! I appreciate this location employing these young adults!! Most recently I came here to return a few things to Amazon. The staff was more than helpful.  I wanted to tape the box together more. However,  the associate behind the counter said he would take care of it for me. I really appreciated that because I was kind of in a rush. I'm satisfied with the service I receive here. I will also have plenty more packages to send. So it's refreshing that the staff here is so helpful.

There is a sign that says "Line starts here" that is moved up a bit but there is no place to set large packages so most people stay closer to the door where a table exists. The workers are not overly friendly. No smiles, just a constant "next customer in line please". However, I always get my package dropped off and get a receipt, and feel confident that it will be delivered.

As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

I came in here to ship a package and it took him 45 minutes to get it done. He doesn't multi task well but attempts to help customers in the middle of helping another customer. I wanted to support because it looks maybe family owned / small business ish buttt they have to get it together. This is the second time this has happened to me where I came in & it took forever. Their prices are a little higher than the average as well. Their envelopes & boxes are a tad pricey. Next time I'll just find a UPS or something & avoid the headache.

Light skin with freckles acts like what you're saying doesn't make sense and uses a mocking tone when repeating what the issue is. White man doesn't offer any help and gets upset at the young white lady when I asked to speak to him. I have a missing package that the store shipped for me. The run around from the corporate number I received from the white man doesn't help at all. I really wish there was a way to report/Start an investigation on the team working because I turkey believe my package was stolen from that store and was never shipped.
