There is a sign that says "Line starts here" that is moved up a bit but there is no place to set large packages so most people stay closer to the door where a table exists. The workers are not overly friendly. No smiles, just a constant "next customer in line please". However, I always get my package dropped off and get a receipt, and feel confident that it will be delivered.

I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.
