There is a sign that says "Line starts here" that is moved up a bit but there is no place to set large packages so most people stay closer to the door where a table exists. The workers are not overly friendly. No smiles, just a constant "next customer in line please". However, I always get my package dropped off and get a receipt, and feel confident that it will be delivered.

I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.
