I accidentally came to this business trying to find the other Fedex to get some paperwork notarize and ship out. I called the location to make sure they were still open, because according to google it was 5 minutes before close and well yes they were about to close. But the owner told me he will wait for me. This was a nice gesture of him waiting for me, I then went and got my paperwork notarize and he was able to put my paperwork in an envelope to ship out for the following day overnight. Prices were affordable and his service was phenomenal. He definitely had a lot of patience with me. I recommend this business. read more

This is by far the best place to drop off packages or anything you need done for shopping things off. Zayne is the best and is so helpful. Very nice and knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to great customer service! They are starting to do passports and are shipping out to FedEx, UPS and DSL. By far the Best Customer Service experience when it comes to shipping anything. Zain is not only knowledgeable, he really cares about how to best serve you in the moment. I've been shipping packages out of Post Boxes Etc. Since last September and his service is consistent every single time. I find myself coming back time and time again just to hang out and talk shop with Zain, he makes me feel like we've been friends forever. I would give zero stars if I could. The service is horrendous and the owner is irresponsible, lazy, and rude. He talks badly about customers when they exit or when they aren't there. He would say personal things like "this customer orders almost as often as you but it's from cheap companies" and "yea they never come to get their packages- there's a whole stack over there for weeks." We were customers for over 3 years and tried to make it work out of convenience of location- but they repeatedly "lost" packages despite UPS and FedEx having employee signatures on delivery. Over 10 in the past 8 months. There is no security. It got to the point Amazon would no longer replace or refund due to frequency of the "losses." The final straw was when a pair of collector Jordan sneakers was "lost" after the owner signing with UPS for them. He blamed the driver, he blamed the company, he claimed to have reached out to them to try and resolve it (which he didn't per UPS). He waited so long to reply to our multiple requests (all documented via email) that then the company and UPS refused to reimburse us. We told him it was unacceptable and after he said he shouldn't be responsible and "it's not like my job is to guarantee your package is here (that's literally what we pay you for!) he offered to "get the kid a pair of shoes" which never happened of course - because he's a pathetic excuse for an owner and clearly lies instead of taking accountability. He also hires equally rude and lazy staff. I can only hope everyone reads this to prevent the annoyance and frustration of lost $, packages, and time. read more

This place is amazing for anyone living in the Cypress area but specifically anyone in Fairfield. I've been coming to this postal service for almost two years and I constantly get great service from anyone working. I ship packages constantly throughout the week and they make it so easy. WARNING! Do not do business with this company. Customer service 0/10. I had a mailbox for my small business. I was notified in November 2021 that my contract expired in July 2021 (4 months later) and that immediately, I would no longer be receiving mail. I was not given any notice or a courtesy call so I asked if I could have a few weeks to update my address with my senders (bc their boxes are overpriced and their service is terrible!!!). I was told no. I consulted with the post office and was told legally, they could not do that. The store manager still refused to comply. Do yourself a favor and support another business who at least treats their customers with dignity and respect. read more

I can not say enough good things about this business. We have been using them for at least 5 years for business and personal needs. the business changed owners a few years and back and it only took the 2nd time of me going in to drop off boxes to ship and the man, Zane, already knew my name. He took his time with me, explained all of the different shipping rates available, never rushed me, even with a line of 2-3 people. I have been at the back of that line before also, he treats all his customers with greetings, respect and searches to find rates or meet whatever need they may have. I have shipped over 100 packages over the past 3 years, never had a problem with any of them...whether it was prepaid or whether he had searched and helped me determine the best possible rate, package was always delivered and I received the best care each time. There is simply not enough room here to say all of the positive things I have to say about Post Boxes etc. Having been a small business owner myself for decades, I can honestly say that they have always put their customers first and have never been anything but dependable. We have used the Post Box Etc in Fairfield for a number of years and our experience has always been great: We started using them for our business mail because the regular mail carriers never seemed to get our mail to us on a regular basis and after too many payments not being received we made the move and couldn't be happier. The additional benefit is that we can have packages delivered there as well so they aren't left on our it door step to be stolen. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced was at this store. The young indian/middleastern couple with their crying baby were there and treated me like I was a burden on them just for coming and they were extremely rude and clearly did not want to help me. I was just there to pick up a package a UPS package.They started lecturing me about how I should make sure that my packages do not require a signature so that it won't get dropped off there and it will make it more convenient FOR THEM. WORSE EVER!!! Charged almost $20 for a package that was to be returned to a company that provided a PRE-PAID shipping label which was already attached. Also, sent out an envelope that weighed 2lbs. Not priority mail but charged almost $15.00!! That is outrageous!! read more

Opened up a p o box and 2 days later I was told at work that I would be away for 6 months beginning in 2 weeks. Never had a chance to use the box or submit anything with that return address. Went 4 days after renting the box (without using it) and they would not refund the money. Horrible customer service. Stay away from 3rd world vendors. read more

Bad service! Went in to have a very important check sent via priority..... Overcharged, but I was okay with it as long as it was sent correctly. The person helping me mistyped the forwarding address, which I verified on the label. She took a "sharpie" and "corrected" it. I assume to change it later. I didn't feel comfortable about the experience so I called USPS later to verify it had been sent correctly. Found out, SHE ALSO MISTYPED THE ZIP CODE!!!! USPS had to notify the post office handling my package to route it to the right zip code. How hard is it to type the correct address. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! read more

I sent a package out to a company who used to have their mailbox here and unbeknownst to me the company had moved (honest mistake, probably happens all the time) I asked the woman working if she would be so kind as to return it to the postman the next time he dropped off the mail which would be the nice thing to do and it would cost her nothing to return it to me the sender. The foreign woman was rude on both occasions that I spoke with her and gave me false hope, she finally informed me that my package was long gone, which probable means she threw it away. The woman working their is deplorable, ignorant and rude and their is no reasoning with her. She has no respect for your mail and kept my package even after I called to claim it, which is mail fraud and she threw my package away after I called to claim it which is tampering with u.s mail. read more
