I had these people ship a delicate cabinet door. I used them because the AI that I asked…read morespecifically said they were good at shipping delicate items. Well, it arrived at the destination in 4 pieces. And this was after paying a ridiculous amount of money. I asked for the insurance info and they didn't say anything. I've politely asked for them to reimburse the cost and all I get out of them is that they packed it correctly and they aren't responsible. I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

I've been a few times and never had an issue, til now. I went to the cashier with no one in line.... One item did not have a price, so she called "management " meantime scanning the other items..... granted I should have had my mind made up BEFORE checkout, but while waiting for management I had a change of heart on one of the items I'd had to put aside, the cashier was dumbfounded and asked me if she'd already scanned everything... she had.. but we're still waiting for the price on the unmarked item, I told her I wanted to change one item for the one I'd had the change of heart on..... by now there are 5 people in line behind me so I said I'd pay for what she'd rung up... about then manager shows up, cashier says I wanted to change one item -- it would be an additional $2 so I had that ready... manager says NO, once the item is scanned its irreversible.... I cannot change my mind I cannot exchange I cannot return a scanned item. As I was walking away I reminded her the item id originally asked about didn't have a price tag.... Mgr says she'll call for a price--- I said cashier had already done that, and walked out. I'm still steamed about this.... Like many I've donated tons of stuff to "goodwill"..... many do accept exchanges, offer senior discounts even returns. The notion that they are a for profit institution rings clear now. I will not be seen in this one again. This was absurd. No stars but had to let others know.
