I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

Doesn't UPS have uniform shirts just like FedEx? As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.
