They are always willing to lend a helping hand. The younger gentlemens that work here are always nice and polite. Yesterday there was one in training. I could tell he really wanted to learn to do his job right. I had no problem waiting while they helped him out. He kept apologizing but it honestly was no big deal and I showed him grace. I remember working as a teenager. I'm just happy these young men found good jobs! I appreciate this location employing these young adults!! Most recently I came here to return a few things to Amazon. The staff was more than helpful.  I wanted to tape the box together more. However,  the associate behind the counter said he would take care of it for me. I really appreciated that because I was kind of in a rush. I'm satisfied with the service I receive here. I will also have plenty more packages to send. So it's refreshing that the staff here is so helpful.

There is a sign that says "Line starts here" that is moved up a bit but there is no place to set large packages so most people stay closer to the door where a table exists. The workers are not overly friendly. No smiles, just a constant "next customer in line please". As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.
