Here for simple notary of document and drop off of USPS Fast in and fast out. Convenient location plenty of parking in shopping center. Able to take drop ins unlike other places that require appointment. Pebbles at the Postal Center answered my call and able to accommodate - when I arrived 2 females at the Center. Not sure wtf she's up to visiting the post center several times a week... but apparently if you need a good 'pick me up' - this is the place to go! Here is her text: Hi honey! Owner is always intoxicated every 2 days or so and very unprofessional with employees when intoxicated. owner has a vodka stash in the back with the boxes and drinks on the job daily depending on how "tired" he is. Have worked for him before so people know I'm not bsing. All other employees deserve better and so do customers because they shouldn't be assisted by an intoxicated person. This is probably the most I've ever paid for printed copies. Apparently no, "self-serve" printing available. Maps say that it is a FedEx authorized print & ship center, however upon arrival and asking if they had self-serve printing. They said no but to just email this to be available address for printing, In which case I did. I had to stand closer to the door in order for the email to go through. I asked the young man how much printing would be and he said not very much, just depends on how many you were printing. I said, "OK I'm printing 8 copies". Formed me that I wouldn't be much and that he would give me a, "deal"... After printing only eight sheets of paper he's got informed me as he handed it to me that it would be $.39 a copy... I'm sorry, but I'm a process server and I typically have to print papers quite often and I am going to tell you that this is the most expensive place hands-down on all levels. Shipping, printing, UPS, literally everything. I was shocked to see the rates in the class of everything... I most definitely would not recommend the ship and print center. I would recommend to anyone to go to the facility on Mason Road & directly to the FedEx print and serve center at 430 South Mason, Katy TX for excellent service & way more cost efficient pricing when it comes to printing, shipping, or any other business needs... They are extremely helpful & friendly, unlike this place. No "Guessing games" just good customer service, even better care and excellent pricing. read more

Excellent customer service especially from Levi and Cody. Everyone here is very polite, helpful, and they provide receipts for all packages being returned. Levi is usually there and Cody makes the occasional appearance so it is a great day when they are there together. I highly recommend using Crossroad Postal (formerly Postal Copy Center) for all your shipping needs. They also have a great selection of office supplies, cards, and other items that would make a great gifts. As others have mentioned, the staff is great.. friendly/helpful. But also like others have mentioned, they charge quite a bit more than the actual shipping companies. My FedEx package ended up costing twice as much as I was expecting to ship, but it was late Friday before close so I went ahead and paid to get the package dropped off before the weekend. They're open Saturday, and FedEx is open Saturday, but for whatever reason it's now Monday afternoon and the label information on my package that said it was expected to be delivered yesterday/Sunday still hasn't been updated from "label sent to FedEx", so I'm wondering if my package is still sitting at their store when it should have already been to the destination yesterday. At this point not much I can do but hope the package shows up in the system/arrives, because the contents can't be replaced. I definitely won't be using this expensive 3rd party shipping center again. read more

While the people are friendly inside the store they charge quite a markup fee for mailing USPS packages. I went into the store recently with a medium USPS flat rate priority mail box. According to the USPS website it should cost $15.50. I was told that it would cost nearly $21 for them to accept it and mail it. That was an outrageous markup so I left and went to the post office and paid $15.50. read more
