And when I got to the fifth item, she looked at me and said "you have more??" in a tone that made me feel very uncomfortable. Twice she left to move a box or do something else. This is your business. It's very sad to say out of all the UPS stores I've been to the employees here seem absolutely miserable and they definitely show it! I try to save my packages until I can get to another location but unfortunately, unfortunately this one is pretty close to me. There's a younger Indian man and a young black man, works at that location. I often ask him how each of their day is going and tell them I hope they has a wonderful day ( when each one is working ) , and they both just look at me like I burned their house down.. it's sad :/ I'm not sure if it's the management or it's the wages, it would be nice to be able to go into a store and have someone smile and greet you. read more

I've been going to this UPS store for years, now. Never had a problem. They've always been professional, courteous, and quick with service. My only complaint would be that I wished they stayed open a little bit longer than 1900 hours. But otherwise, I highly recommend using their services at this location. Good people working there I use their notary services. Six dollars for a notary and three buck for additional notary after that is not bad. Went to go send a return back to a company (not amazon). so yes it was going to cost me money to send and i needed a box and insurance. Door says open up at 9:am the worker did not get there till 9:42. I had no attitude and i greeted the young man. His response was to totaly ignore me. well i know this did not sit right with three other people and myself and one person said hey my money is going down the street to Fed Ex, we all followed suit. This place is slower than a DPS office line. You can't even just drop off and I had to literally wait outside with the door open because there were 10 people inside that little area. The frustrating part is seeing the three employees with not a care in the world. When one lady finished helping a customer she ran from the register and walked around slowly touching things and answered the phone leisurely. Just bad customer service. She was able to suggest different options depending on how quickly I wanted my package to arrive. She also helped with packing it up. Wow I just had the rudest service on this lovely Saturday morning at this UPS from a woman with dark hair, a tank top, and a tattoo on her chest. As soon as I walked in she looked annoyed. No good morning or can I help you. She just stared at me so I said Hi I'm dropping off. She took my package and stared at me some more. When she saw me standing there still she asked if I wanted a receipt in a tone that said how dare I make such an absurd request. She gave me my receipt and I said thank you. No response. First of all bitch, it's 10:00 am. Why tf are you so disgruntled? It couldn't be the customers, y'all have only been open half hour. Second, if you want to be so nasty, maybe go work at the post office, but even they aren't so blatantly rude so maybe work somewhere where you don't have to deal with people. As someone with an online shopping habit and frequent buyer's remorse, I've been to a number of UPS stores and I've never had an encounter quite like this. My boyfriend had some issues regarding the shipping of his iPhone6 to Apple for repairs at a DIFFERENT UPS store. So, we weren't looking forward to the rest of the process. However, the staff at this location made it EASY PEASY! I called ahead of time, and the girl on the phone knew just what I was talking about. She assured me that they had everything we needed. (Apparently, it needs to be packed and/or shipped a certain way...?) The staff at this location was very welcoming, friendly, and personable. The girl at the counter took care of everything and had us on out way in about 10 minutes. My boyfriend now has his reapired iPhone6, and everyone is happy. The End. read more

I am in the packaging industry. So I send a lot of packages out . This store and this is the 2nd time it's happened sent my package to a customer in Wyoming. A week after it was supposed to arrive - I went in to ship something else out and I asked about the my shipment to Wyoming. They go to the back and come back with all my stuff in a single box ( not mine ) - I sent 2 boxes inside of a master shipper. Everything was thrown inside of one box. And there is stuff missing. They said something leaked and the box was sent back to them. I was informed to let them file a claim. 3 days later - No action - I came back - took my box to another shipper - - re-packaged and resent . I am done with this store. They never offered to do anything for me other than wait and see what their store in Wyoming would come back with. Now - I am not only out the cost of packaging + lost product + cost of original shipment to Wyoming - But the cost of re-packaging + buying replacement product and the cost of re-shipping through someone else because of their un-willingness to do anything . It is soooo outrageous - I am done - And will not use this store again . And it's a shame because - I am a big customer . read more

My mom had put a lot of effort into sewing clothes for someone who lives in another state. She had received $100 for sewing them. For a small box, UPS wanted $85! She had to pay that from the $100 that she had gotten. So basically, she only earned $15. I recommend to people NOT to go to UPS since all they do is steal your money! read more
