As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

Last time I went in, I was having a super stressful day because I was having to express mail a check to the state for my Insurance License and on the instructions I printed out, it had two options - I told the guy working at the time that I needed it to go to "this place" and just indiscriminately pointed at the page. The FedEx guy then ACTUALLY looked at the paper and corrected me; he'd noticed the other option (that I wasn't pointing at) was the correct one and triple checked to make sure my check was going to the right place. That sort of stuff cant be trained. They actually care about you here, and I feel like you see that less and less often these days.
