Mailed a box of chocolates to my daughter in college at UT Austin fo Valentine's Day and I had the address written on the outside of the box. The clerk pulled up her name in the computer and printed her old address from 2 college apartments ago. The package finally made it back to Magnolia, undelivered and of course the contents ruined. I took the outer wrapper with proof of my written address and their misprinted label into store to see if I could receive a refund because it cost nearly $20 to mail, not counting the chocolates. The manager was not in, but I left my name, number and the packaging and I've not heard from them. Will not be using them again. read more

I will never do business here again. I was in a hurry, saw Eagle Postal and ran in to get Christmas stamps. They rang me up and I did not question the total because I rarely buy stamps and was not sure what the current rate was. I realized later that they charged me an extra $4 per book (20 stamps). I called and questioned them about it and they said it was a convenience fee. Wow! I can see a $1 or so, but $4 per book. That made my .58 cent Christmas stamps .78 cents each. RIDICULOUS and gouging the customer. HEB does not charge an extra fee for stamps, so I will be getting mine there or at the PO from now on. read more

Complete and total rip off! I asked for quote on shipping - the man grabbed an enevelope (for purchase) and I asked to not seal the envelope until after I knew what it would cost. The old gentleman sealed the envelope anyways then gave me the quote- it was $3.00 more than the USPS on top of having to purchase the envelope- this was $5.00 more than the post office. Double the price to mail!!! NEVER AGAIN- not worth going in here. read more

I have been using Eagle Postal for services for years. I rent a mailbox from them also. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They may be priced higher than the post office but they are nicer, faster and closer....all things worth a few extra $$. read more

Thought I would try them to send a Certified letter as they are close to home but really $14.50? Just for the certified and return receipt, I had already put a first class stamp on it, that is ridiculous. I said to the young lady heck that is more than double than the post office and was told, well we are not the Post Office. Total rip off! I've always used this shipping business. Will never do it again. I went in there with two uncarbonated drinks to ship and was told no. When I left I called them and asked exactly why they wouldn't ship them. The older woman told me because they're carbonated. I explained that they were not and she said she would still not ship them and laughed at me. They've lost a regular customer. Will never do business there again. read more

The worst! Thank goodness there are several others in the area. After 20+ minutes of adding charges after charges, I left with my package when it had reached over $70. Went down the street to the UPS store...for $40 my package was insured for more money & was going to arrive there earlier...and I was out in less than 5 min. read more

It's a bit pricier than the post office of course, but it's quick and close to my house. Not waiting in line at the post office is worth the $$$. I have a PO box here, plus I am in several times a month to have something notarized ($6) or ship a package. Everyone is super friendly and it is never busy. read more

Beware, this is not actually a post office. Expect to pay literally twice as much to send a package as you would at a regular post office. And they can't even tell you what the surcharge is in advance. According to the staff it's "whatever comes up on the computer." Really??? read more
