When I finally received my item I immediately knew it would arrive broken upon inspecting the fragile thin box and the weight of the box. He used 1 sheet of bubble wrap for my antique convex glass frame and had zero packaging or security. So the box was weak and there was zero support inside as well. But somehow he still charged $80? What did he charge that much for if it was not secure or properly shipped. Absolute highway robbery I asked for him to submit a claim and he told me he would refund me. Guess what it's been 2 months and he has been nothing but rude and avoided my emails and calls now. Two employees were loud, dismissive, and had very poor attitudes. One employee, Lauren, openly stated that she did not care about customer service. When I calmly asked if she was okay, she raised her voice and told me to "get out of the store," all in front of other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. No customer should be treated this way. I chose to take my business to FedEx instead, where I received excellent service--and my shipping cost was $20 less than what UPS quoted.
