I came in about 15 minutes to close and the young men were so kind and patient! I was able to complete my transaction before 7:00 p.m. I would definitely come again if I were in the area. read more

The customer service at Frazier and the 336 Loop is terrible. The staff is rude. FedEx is much better and their staff is well trained in customer service. read more

Jessica was just completely awesome & went way above & beyond to help me. Thank you so much!

I guess they make up their own office hours. Stopped by at 2:20pm on 8/7 (Saturday) and the sign on the door say they close at 3pm...however they're closed lol. The gate is wrapped around the register, the "open" sign is on and the door is locked. Not sure who manages this place but need to stick to office hours, never seen a business just up and leave at whatever time. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service at this location is awful! I have a business & use ups twice a week. The young lady helping me added a signature without asking me. I did not want signature with delivery mind you I deliver handbags weekly to the same address. I had to physically go to Pearland to their ups location and pick up the package myself bc the person I was delivering to is never there to sign. The assumption of the associate was ridiculous and she said when I asked for the manager's name I'm his daughter he's not going to do anything. I delivered the package myself I asked for a refund she said no. So basically stole my money as I drove to Pearland and delivered my own package. Don't go here it's worth the drive to go anywhere but here!!! Do not recommend this place they're a joke.I now drive further to the ups store on Frazier I've never had a problem since switching locations. read more

This location needs to teach there employees who answer the phones better customer service skills. The employee who was assisting me was very unhelpful when I called to ask wether my package was in route or at the store location . She asked for very little information to even see if my package was actually there or not . Giving me very little assurance that it not being there was actually true. Then after gave no attempt at what I should do next in locating my package . All in all just learn how to assist and talk to people better . Or don't have a job dealing with people at all. read more

I have always received excellent customer service at this location. Everyone has been very polite and helpful. I have visited in person as well as called this location to try to get general shipping/delivery information and they were extremely patient and helpful even over the phone. Being in a customer service position myself, I know there are trying times. I am very pleased with the service I have received here and would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you for not making me feel that I am a burden or that you don't have time for the petty questions. read more

Very rude towards their customers. That's ok though because with how many calls corporate said that they've gotten lately from this location, they are now going to start an investigation on the employment there. read more

Employees are unaware of UPS policies for delivery and gave me erroneous information on 2 consecutive visits as I was attempting to resolve a delivery issue. UPS customer service was equally worthless. Cancelled my order. Recommend Mailboxes etc for better service.. read more

Note to self. Do not have these people print out your label to send your shipment they don't know what there doing. The young girls that work there are rude and so is the people Susan the manager or supervisor said there system can't show her what address my package was supposed to have gone too but they printed the label and mailed it off. read more

I normally don't leave a review to places but I have to say the customer services here was amazing. The young lady who helped me was the absolute best, not only was she helping me but as well as many others. I wish I could've asked her name but she was super friendly, nice, just the best. Thank you to the young lady helping me, she went above and beyond. Truly amazing. read more

I've shipped a few packages with them. Each time they took good care of me, and friendly about it. They also have packing supplies in there if you need packing materials to protect your stuff, or just the boxes, as well. I'd give a fifth star if I felt the shipping costs were a bit more reasonable. Oh and I don't know what they charge, but you can rent various sizes of mail boxes from them (like a PO box) and you use their physical address (kinda an interesting concept) that many of my boat living friends find helpful. read more

Horrible customer service!!!! 2 girls working the counter on January 2nd. They were very upset that they were working on this day and that they were the only UPS store open, according to them. While waiting, I witnessed how rude they were with at least 4 clients before me. When it was my turn for a notary service, they couldn't even help me because they didn't know what to do. I think if you're a public notary, you should at least take a course to learn what you need to do with documents. When they couldn't help me and I said I was going somewhere else, they told me, as I was walking out, that I had a bad attitude......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

We returned a camera to Canon for repair and it was damaged during shipment. We bought the insurance and the store essentially played games with completing claim. We provided pictures, damaged camera, old packing, etc. Would not provide updates on status, blamed it on corporate, dragged out the claim for over a year. Said they would call when information was provided, but did not. Very poor service. Would not use this store and definitely wouldn't buy the insurance. Oh, and the store packed and shipped the camera. read more

This Store refused to ship a package because the contents were guns. She claimed that it was against the law. When we told her that it was not she said that she would not ship them. Will never go back. read more

poor horrible service and staff!!! they could not find a package- with our tracking number!!! this store should not be in business!!! read more

This is the only ups store I'll ever go. They are always so nice, and know what they are doing. I brought in a amazon return for the first time today, and Sydney was so helpful. Taped everything up for me and on my way I was. I've been to the other ups stores in Conroe and none of them are this nice. Great customer service! read more

They misrepresented the value of my international package which resulted in the package being held for tax and duty. I had another store submit the correct paperwork (no one was available at this location), but the package recipient was still charged fees due to this stores initial mistake. They will not take responsibility, and the young lady who made the mistake, Crystal, proceeded to yell at me in front of customers. I have a real problem with people & businesses who don't take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

No one in this store knows anything. Who trains the staff? I went into the store about 2 1/2 weeks ago to mail off a very important envelope. I was helped by Justin. I explained to Justin I needed something that offer tracking of this envelope. He gave me 2 options one was 20 something dollars and the other option he stated was 1.98$. This was my second time visiting this store first time there I mailed a larger package in box and paid maybe 13$. So I did find this strange because if I would of mailed this same package from the USPS second day delivery it would be 6$. Justin handed me the receipt and pointed out where it said tracking number on the receipt and told me to log on to USPS to track package. After several days I tried to track the package and couldn't. I called back to the UPS store and was told this was not a tracking number and the envelope I mailed was mailed as if I put a stamp on it and put it in the box my self. Well I was pretty upset and ask for a manager. The manager was out so I left my name and number and have not heard anything back from her. I have called several times since then and still nothing. I called the 1800 number and was told I needed to contact USPS. I contacted them and they stated if it was mailed from the UPS store its a UPS problem. This envelope still has not made it to Austin TX. It does not take 2 weeks for mail to arrive in Austin Texas from Conroe TX.This envelope has all my personal information including date of birth, SS number and a set of finger prints. All things that makes it easy for Identity theft. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I would advise any and everyone not to do business with this store. read more

We shipped a one of a kind bowl to my niece in Georgia. We had the store package it to ensure it would arrive in one piece. The owner of the store did the packaging herself. They did not double box the item as requested but insisted the way they were doing it would be safe. Well, it was not. We have been back to the store, provided all the information - receipts, pictures of item and box, item receipts, etc. We have made 3 trips to the store with no results. The store owner tells us the UPS will send us the refund. When I talk to UPS customer service, they said the store is responsible for the refund directly. When I called the store to talk to the owner I was told she was not in and they didn't know when she would be in. When I told the girl who answered what the UPS central office said, she stated they had given me misinformation. I told her I do not think so and asked her to give my phone number to the owner/manager to give me a call so we can set up an appointment to resolve this. I would not advise using this store for several reasons - they do not know how to package something for safe shipping; they are not dealing with customers honestly; there service is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. As the owner, you set an example of how you deal with customers so I am not surprised at the other negative comments. read more
