When I struggled with the finger scanning process she would only keep repeating if she wanted me to set up the instruction video again because I "needed to pay attention." She demonstrated to me once how to scan a single finger and that was all the assistance I required to finish the process independently. There was no need for her to have an entire conversation with the other staff behind my direct back about how she was raised to follow instructions as they were written. I am a Latin female and I see other great reviews about her service so I am not sure if she was having a bad day or she just didn't feel like helping me specifically.

She lied 3 times while talking to me and when I called her out on it she said "it is what it is". AI can easily take over both jobs with lesser dissatisfaction to clients and no FICA taxes for UPS.
