This experience wasn't as smooth. Also it took forever to print & fax something due to problems with their printer. The fax recipient also said two pages were dark? I paid $14.73!!! It should have been perfect. Not happy with this visit. I only faxed 6 pages with cover sheet. The first time I did a fax about 3-4 pages and it was less than $5. Different clerks, different prices. I will never use UPS again. Took a letter & Cashier Check to send. Charged $65 to have it there by noon the next day. showed it was picked up & scanned. Then showed delivery by 10:30 a.m. Next morning , showed delayed, never left the city. Went online, worked the useless AI. Input my number for a live agent to call back. They informed me it was lost. Go back to store for assistance. Store informed it was lost, either wait or go online to file a claim. Waited a day, then the tracking #, won't come up. Filed a claim, asked to have it returned if found. After voiding the Cashier Check, getting another & sending FedEx for much less; 5 days later it was delivered. Just notified from UPS, they refuse any refund the package was delivered. Tell everyone you know, don't use them. Save your money use another service. UPDATE (June 17, 2025): I did contact CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com as requested in here. After several email and phone exchanges, I submitted documentation on receipts, phone call and store visits. I did receive a check reimbursement from UPS Corporate Office. I believe they are contacting the location Manager to review procedures and policies. read more

This has been the best experience. Both ladies greeted everyone that came in and got everyone out quickly.

They don't print labels for you anymore. They want you to log into your email on their computer and print it out yourself while they charge you 2.50$ ever few minutes you're on their computer. Print your labels ahead of time because they were no help. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The bald old man that works there is just very rude. I went to drop off a box that wasn't taped and I didn't have the label printed, that being said I've went to stores that do it for free or some that charge you. Not this store, he just said you have to print the label and have it taped up. I asked if it's possible to do it here and he just said no. They don't answer their phone during business hours. I called seven times throughout the day and never received an answer.

This store use to be great anytime I came in they would literally help me with anything I needed with a smile on this face. Now it's horrible. Several times now I have been here and every single time I'm meet with a look of concern to do one's own job...also if you are a minute past any deadline don't even try here they don't care. I was literally in the middle of bringing boxes in and the clock hit 7 and the dude locked the door on me halfway through. When asked if I could take the literally less than 5 min that I needed to finish I was totally ignored and had to come back the next day to finish. I did notice a personal change recently and I'm sure that is the reason it has completely changed from great to horrible in every aspect one could thing of. read more

I would give a zero stars if it was possible. My wife and I shipped personal boxes because we were moving and the manager Bryce suggested for us to a freight shipment because it would be less expensive and he mention it would take 3 or 4 days to receive it , but we received our packages in 3 weeks . They delivered our package without our signature and was left in the front of our apartment complex and the boxes were destroyed. We were so upset with this service . Never again doing business with UPS and this store . I still haven't received my refund . It's been hassle speaking with Bryce to get our refund . Worst manager. read more

He has made me lose money on two packages and the third time I caught what happened! He blames it on me! He does not scan your returns and you won't get your refund because this guy is lazy and doesn't do his job correctly! The map location is a little off. The UPS Store is located just a little west on Louetta from the Ella intersection. Can't miss it though... Anyhow, I often come here to drop off my UPS packages and USPS letters when I miss the regular carriers. The people there are always polite and cheerful. Even when things are crazy busy in the store I can just set my pre-paid stuff on the corner of the counter and not have to wait in line. I like dropping packages off here because UPS doesn't usually pick up until after 5 or 6, and the postal mail after like 4... Beats making a trip to the post office just to drop some letters in the drop-box... read more

Worst customer service experience ever. Was rudely told I wouldn't be helped and then they moved on to the next customer as I still stood there. He was rude from the jump. Also, let individuals cut line and not track who actually came into the store first or not. The Customer service at this store is the worst of any UPS location anywhere I've experienced. I attempted to ship a package to my brother in Maryland who was recovering from COVID-19 and and allowed this store to pack and ship the items. When the package did not arrive I called UPS and was told the package never arrived and was damaged during shipping and was told me to file a claim for a refund. I filed a claim as I was instructed by their staff and have been following up for at least 2 months. Every time I call to inquire I get the run around, excuses and they act as though they know nothing about the claim filed. I would highly recommend anyone to avoid this UPS location. read more

The representatives from this store do not know about regulations or shipping process. They knew it was perishable food and how soon I needed it delivered. The package was delivered 3 days later the promising date. As a customer I should had been informed of more shipping options. Manager told me I would receive a refund by mail from UPS. I only got a partial refund. I called this UPS store to request to speak with their supervisor or manager. They don't have one on duty, they were very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She said they never told me I would get a refund and will not give me the rest of the money and hung up. read more

First review I will do on many sites. Shipped package via this store. Went post office. Post office did not perform. The owner being the poor businessman that he is said -too bad so sad. Can't help. Don't have any control. DO NOT SHIP AT THIS STORE via the post office. If you do use UPS. Chet the owner had the opportunity to try to give a credit for half the cost which would be $8.00. I thought that was fair. But he's too cheap to realize that doing the right thing to build a customer is worth $8.00. Instead, I will spread my negative experience. So now Chet has lost a customer. This is a good, clean, well-organized and well-staffed UPS location. I prefer over other ones in the area, and this one rarely gets crowded or has a line. As another reviewer mentioned, they are great about allowing you to just drop off a prepaid package and bypass any waiting. They are also great at helping with packaging a large or unusual item.
