Had a letter sent to me by a client (late payment for services). Had problems getting status with…read morethe tracking number - not sure why. I found out the status was stopped by at 9:39 and left notice. No notice left; had to go to the Shipping Center to pick up because I wasn't available the next day. They require the door tag and identification or a business card with the address. Since they left no door tag, and I didn't a business card with the current address. When I arrive, the black lady who came out after I waited for at least 5 minutes said I had to have a business card and official ID. When I explained that I didn't have a business card with the right address, she said no she could not release it because it was their policy. I asked what if this was a home delivery? Who has a business card with your home address? She said I had to have a business card - so I fished out an old business card out and asked is this good enough? She snapped at me: "Don't get mad at me!" I didn't but I don't appreciate the attitude - she needs to change jobs - work in the back where she doesn't have to talk to customers.

As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

I called the location to make sure they were still open, because according to google it was 5 minutes before close and well yes they were about to close. But the owner told me he will wait for me. This was a nice gesture of him waiting for me, I then went and got my paperwork notarize and he was able to put my paperwork in an envelope to ship out for the following day overnight.
