I have been using this UPS store for quite some time now. It is so convenient that they are open…read moreseven days a week. Every time I have visited the store, I am greeted when I walk in and told thank you as I leave! They do everything they can to ensure a precise and speedy transaction! They are always very pleasant and are happy to help you find the best bang for your buck! Please note that they do not ship FedEx!

I wanted to share my recent experience at the UPS store, as the situation became unnecessarily…read morestressful and concerning. My mom, who was visiting from out of state, shipped a package to herself through your store. The item was packaged by your team and sent as an overnight delivery (costing close to $400 for overnight) Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the expected date. While we understood there could be delays due to Sunday, it arrived even later than anticipatedand ultimately arrived damaged. A store employee had mentioned they would follow up regarding the SGR, but we did not receive a call the next day as promised. My mom attempted to call the store multiple times without success, but no one answered. Since she is not local, I went into the store on her behalf to help get an update. For context, I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, so making the trip was already physically taxing. When I arrived, I explained the situation to a younger employee and put my mom on speaker so she could provide details directly. At that point, an older employee came to the front and immediately assumed my mom was yelling on the phone, which was not the case. Instead of calmly assessing the situation, he became visibly frustrated and began raising his voice toward the phone. I repeatedly asked him to stop yelling, as it was escalating the situation and causing unnecessary stress, especially given my condition. Unfortunately, he continued, showing little awareness of how inappropriate the behavior was. In addition to the tone of the interaction, several of his comments were confusing and came across as dismissive and guilt-inducing. For example, when we brought up that the package had arrived damaged and that we had not received a follow-up call as promised, he responded by saying that if the package had been processed the day before, "we wouldn't have known about the damage." This did not make sense in context, especially since we were told we would be contacted before any next steps were taken. Rather than addressing the lack of communication or helping resolve the issue, the responses felt defensive and unhelpful. The interaction became increasingly uncomfortable. Eventually, he disengaged by walking away and keeping his distance, without resolving the situation or addressing my concerns directly. I asked if everything needed on our end had been completed, was told yes, and then I left. What should have been a simple conversation turned into a stressful and avoidable experience. I'm disappointed in how the situation was handled, particularly the lack of communication, professionalism, and awareness in handling both a damaged shipment and a customer concern. Weeks later they did not do the SGR like they said and she received no apology, no response from the store, no refund. Could have been charged the original shipping but didn't refund the over night for not coming on time. This was a disappointing experience and I now see it based on previous reviews. I should have known better to look first.

My local UPS store located close to I-45 on Rayford Rd. It is convenient to reach (unlike several…read morebusinesses on the frequently congested Rayford Rd) regardless of whether you are travelling East or West, even in rush hour. They have ample parking and the store, while fairly small, is light, airy and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a good team spirit, and this shows in everything they do. You are always greeted with a smile and their sense of humor sometimes is reflected by the sign outside (sometimes boring and business-like, for instance "All of our notaries have the required 2016 stamp" to some tongue in cheek humorous and timely comment - always worth a glance as you drive by :) ) Their efficiency is reflected in the fact that I am always in and out very quickly because they guide me, pull up shipping addresses I have used before etc and everything just flows smoothly. Every now and again you need a Notary Public - this is the place to go! I get the impression that all the staff there are certified and it is always a breeze. Just last week when there for this purpose I took my puppy Ricky Martin in with me and learnt that they are all puppy lovers - he was swarmed with affection. Five stars - thanks guys (from myself and Ricky!!) Review #29 2016

He's so helpful with everything. He makes my visits quick and easy. Whether it's a PDF on the run, copying or miscellaneous tasks. I feel confident in that what they are doing for me is correct. Which I find very valuable with so many people clueless at their jobs nowadays or disinterested with helping clients/customers. This store does UPS, FedEx and USPS. Please ask or call for pickup times because the USPS at this location also picks up between 2-2:30pm. Some of the other benefits they offer are PDF's, notary, gift cards, and basic stamps. This location offers the following which I find at premium prices but sometimes convenience is more important. They do offer certified mail which is not offered at every location, boxes, bubble wrap and properly wrapping gifts or whatever securely and post office boxes. Check their website also for other and new technology they may offer. In a big nice strip center a couple doors away from Gigi Cupcakes :))!

Really dissapointing experience with the two employees running the store around noon today…read more There was a lady in line waiting for her package- which she showed reciept to. Wasted several minutes while she kept saying her package was right infront of them (on the counter). They ignored her. Finally at the end one of the two looked where she was pointing and low and behold it was her package. Then the two employees started bickering over who didnt read the label correctly I needed a notarization- couldnt do it. I wanted a passport photo- couldnt do that either. One of the employees is dressed like a bum, the other one cant read. My weekday experiences have been good, but this weekend was a major setback.
