The only option was to pay cash and then they could not give me change so I was not able to use them at all to mail my package. And I know these things can happen but it would have been nice if they had posted a sign stating they can only take cash, small bills. Instead I waited in line for nothing. So maybe I will give them another try if they're my only option but I'll have to be prepared to bring cash and small bills only just in case they have this issue again. When I arrived, the clerk asked if I minded her helping the people behind me first. I did mind--but I stepped aside anyway. When it was finally my turn, I presented my documents. She dismissed my valid ID (out of state, we just moved, I had the usps forwarding official documents as one of the verification docs), despite my having four additional forms of identification. I asked the manager to come assist and speak with me directly. She refused. This was hands-down the worst service I've experienced: slow, dismissive, and unprofessional. Don't waste your time like I did mine.
