Well it's not good when a business is not able to take debit or credit cards because their WiFi is out. The only option was to pay cash and then they could not give me change so I was not able to use them at all to mail my package. And I know these things can happen but it would have been nice if they had posted a sign stating they can only take cash, small bills. Instead I waited in line for nothing. So maybe I will give them another try if they're my only option but I'll have to be prepared to bring cash and small bills only just in case they have this issue again. 8.17.23 Went to this location yesterday because it was a few doors down from the nail salon I was going to and I just had 2 Amazon returns. This location had a line but it moved fast. They was 2 nice gentlemen helping all of us. I would go back to this location when I'm in the area. read more

I'm gonna start this review by indicating that I recognize I was two minutes late after the posted closing time due to having to pull a bunch of Amazon return packages out of my car as well as park farther away because all of the parking spaces next to the door were taken. I was able to stack all my packages together of packages and walked up to the door at 3:32 PM on a Saturday. Now mind you this is the Saturday before New Year's so they will be closed Sunday and the following day which are my days off. The employees inside signaled that they were closed but didn't bother to say anything. The doors were locked, even though they still had a customer inside, but refused to accommodate. I understand by letter of the law coming in even a minute after closing time, nobody is obligated to serve you, but given that I was holding these packages It would've been nice if they could've at least answered the door and indicated they were closed and unfortunately couldn't help me rather than smiling at me and signaling closure. The employees that were working were some of the rudest I had seen in any UPS store. I highly recommend you find a different location that accommodates its customers better. read more

I was so frustrated...tried to return several items to Amazon at the Woodforest location. They were unbelievably rude and said I had to call Amazon to fix the problem. They then basically asked me to get out of the way so they could help the person behind me. I decided to go to the 1488 location. Kristine was amazing! She was so patient and kind. She helped return all items right there without calling Amazon. I just could not believe how kind and helpful she was!! I will always drive the extra few miles to go to this location! We arrived at 2:45pm to have a paper notarized. Only one employee helping at the counter while the other was in the back working so the line was to the door and around the store. We waited 30 min. When we got to the counter for the notary service, they said they don't notarize after 2:30pm. This was not noted on the door or their website and incredibly frustrating. read more

The service I received from this UPS store was outstanding. A package was lost so I contacted them to check on it. Brian, the manager, called me back just to let me know they were looking into this and the steps it takes to check. It's not often customer service will call even though they don't have an answer yet but Brian went that extra bit. He called again with the status later on. Definitely the best. Hey Phillip Here is a clue on customer service---when a women is bringing in a rolled up 8x10 rug and struggling to get the door open and bring it in, try not just standing there gawking but actually WORK by OFFERING to help with the item. This location lacks true professionalism. If I could give them zero stars I would. The customer service agent there was extremely rude during my brief encounter with them. Make sure you have no reason to go inside your package before shipping. They charge $1 to tape your box. read more

The lady that helped me was not knowledgeable in what she was doing because every time she went to do something she would ask the guy that was there. He wasn't nice about it either. I wanted to send a small envelope out of the country. Said I needed a phone number and said I couldn't send it without it. That's the only option. But went to another UPS store and sent it just fine. They were very welcoming and so nice. Maybe you should take listens from them. Very disappointed in your service. read more

It is unfortunate that the worker Nam has made my experience unpleasant twice now. He makes remarks about all the Amazon returns he has to do and is very public about his frustration at work. In both of my visits his agrression was uncalled for; slamming the door, slamming packages, with loud sighs of frustration. Im usually not a person to expect a whole lot pleasantries when it comes to customer service because I have worked customer service for years and understand it is a hard job...but I shouldn't be feeling uncomfortable and down right put off. I don't think it's appropriate to treat others like that at a place of employment. I didn't know where to file a complaint so I hope it reaches someone here. Worst UPS!! Where we use to live they were so friendly would print out a label for us since we were paying so much for overnight AM, this place 3.25 to hit print. Today with there lack of service I had to ask for help being the only person in the store. Then they said they charge 1.00 for a piece of tape. Never been to a store like this. read more
