The people are awesome , very friendly and helpful. The cost of shipping is beyond outrageous. I buy stamps here, not much else.

Just stopped by to get a few bubble envelopes. A bit pricey at $1.09 each. Convenient and fast.

Oh boy where do I start on this one? lol --…read moreTLDR: Told me shipping was going to be 45, charged me 92, said I misheard and they have it on tape and then when I said sure let's hear it, refused to access the tape. Canceled my shipment and is holding my property hostage in TX. Use the UPS Store in Spring, TX Instead: (281) 419-3565 - 330 Rayford Rd -- I buy guitars at online estate sales often. Found one in Texas, they use a third party shipper, great. All things I've encountered before multiple times. Yesterday Romital Shipping Center calls me and tell me over the phone that it'll be $±35 to ship, plus $10 for packaging materials. All I really paid attention to was under $50 to ship a smaller guitar to Michigan, seemed reasonable and agreed to it. There was no mention of any additional fees like handling, pickup, etc. Because they never sent me a itemized receipt I have no idea what they are or what they are charging for. So anyways this morning I find out I was charged $92 on my credit card. I emailed the company, the owner Dana told me she had the phone call recorded and we'd be able to figure it out, great. I call and speak to the husband, he tells me I misheard, and he actually said 70 to ship plus 10 (Lie #1). I responded saying well I disagree but since your wife told me the conversation is recorded lets listen to it, and if it turns out I did mishear, no big deal, my mistake and we can all continue about our day. First he insists that I would not be able to find FedEx pricing cheaper and they are the cheapest place in town. Ok, whatever. So I actually have a FedEx business account, because I buy old guitars, fix them up and sell them occasionally. I was able to use my own Fedex account to quote shipping from his door to mine, using the same box dimensions he used, and the cost was...wait for it, $35 dollars. How surprising right? I begin to get emails from Dana saying that they actually didn't even charge me enough for the box they're shipping it in. She sends a random amazon link to a guitar box that costs $14, but the dimensions don't add up to what her husband told me the box they used, so I call BS on that one, and what kind of shipping store buys singular boxes from Amazon? Let's call that lie #2 or at least extremely poor business practices. I pointed the size discrepancy to her, but she just moved on insisting now she doesn't have time to find the conversation. She is actually 80 miles away going to the hospital for an MRI appointment, BUT before that she does have time to call Fedex, stop/return the shipment to their business? (Maybe Lie #3 but Dana I really hope if you are sick that you get well soon, however this is no way to run a successful business). Supposedly they will refund me the $92 dollars, but I kind of highly doubt that one. So ultimately they are holding my property hostage and will likely try to create some exuberant fees for handling, boxing, etc that was never talked about in the initial conversation, and make me use my own $35.00 label. I buy a lot of old guitars on auction sites and like I said, this is the craziest experience I've ever had with a shipping company. I would highly recommend using a UPS store as they have pound for pound been the most reputable, simple to deal with, and best packed boxes I've received. There is a few local ones in Spring, TX and based on Google Reviews I would use this one (281) 419-3565 - 330 Rayford Rd, Spring, TX 77386

They were not the ones I ordered. I paid to ship them back as well. They accused me of trying to defraud them and USPS and said the Postmaster had apprehended me. That's a total lie. I have filed a formal complaint against them with EBay and the Federal Communication Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. I'm also considering actions against them for libel and slander for accusing me of fraud. All I asked of them was the refund go the postage to return the merchandise. Rather than issue a refund, the resorted to libel and slander.

My mom, who was visiting from out of state, shipped a package to herself through your store. The item was packaged by your team and sent as an overnight delivery (costing close to $400 for overnight) Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the expected date. While we understood there could be delays due to Sunday, it arrived even later than anticipatedand ultimately arrived damaged. A store employee had mentioned they would follow up regarding the SGR, but we did not receive a call the next day as promised. My mom attempted to call the store multiple times without success, but no one answered. Since she is not local, I went into the store on her behalf to help get an update. For context, I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, so making the trip was already physically taxing. When I arrived, I explained the situation to a younger employee and put my mom on speaker so she could provide details directly. At that point, an older employee came to the front and immediately assumed my mom was yelling on the phone, which was not the case. Instead of calmly assessing the situation, he became visibly frustrated and began raising his voice toward the phone. I repeatedly asked him to stop yelling, as it was escalating the situation and causing unnecessary stress, especially given my condition. Unfortunately, he continued, showing little awareness of how inappropriate the behavior was. In addition to the tone of the interaction, several of his comments were confusing and came across as dismissive and guilt-inducing. For example, when we brought up that the package had arrived damaged and that we had not received a follow-up call as promised, he responded by saying that if the package had been processed the day before, "we wouldn't have known about the damage." This did not make sense in context, especially since we were told we would be contacted before any next steps were taken. Rather than addressing the lack of communication or helping resolve the issue, the responses felt defensive and unhelpful. The interaction became increasingly uncomfortable. Eventually, he disengaged by walking away and keeping his distance, without resolving the situation or addressing my concerns directly. I asked if everything needed on our end had been completed, was told yes, and then I left. What should have been a simple conversation turned into a stressful and avoidable experience. I'm disappointed in how the situation was handled, particularly the lack of communication, professionalism, and awareness in handling both a damaged shipment and a customer concern. Weeks later they did not do the SGR like they said and she received no apology, no response from the store, no refund. Could have been charged the original shipping but didn't refund the over night for not coming on time. This was a disappointing experience and I now see it based on previous reviews. I should have known better to look first.
