I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store on Frazier Street. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. Two employees were loud, dismissive, and had very poor attitudes. One employee, Lauren, openly stated that she did not care about customer service. When I calmly asked if she was okay, she raised her voice and told me to "get out of the store," all in front of other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. No customer should be treated this way. I chose to take my business to FedEx instead, where I received excellent service--and my shipping cost was $20 less than what UPS quoted. The franchise owner should be aware of how customers are being treated and embarrassed of his employees. read more

I don't dread returning anything. They take care of everything except shoes. You need to put the shoebox in a box before they can mail it.

I had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with Krinal Bhakta, who I believe is the alleged manager. He is a heavier-set gentleman with thinning black hair and a comb-over. I came in to return a package and was met with one frustration after another. First, they refused to accept the box I brought, claiming it was a few centimeters too small to fit a label. Fine, I thought. They proposed a $3 shipping bag, but instead, I went out of my way to find an old box to use. When I returned, they informed me there would be a $5 fee to print the UPS return label. When I questioned how ridiculous this policy was, Krinal dismissed my concerns entirely. He bluntly told me he didn't care, that it's "just the policy," and if I didn't like it, I could take my business elsewhere. He even made a snide comment that they aren't FedEx, as if that excused the poor service and attitude. Essentially, they wanted to charge $3 for a shipping bag and $5 for printing a single UPS return label--all for a product return where the shipping cost on the label itself was only $8. They wanted to add another $8 just for a bag and one sheet of paper! This level of rudeness and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable. If you're considering using this location for shipping or returns, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Clearly, customer service and professionalism are not priorities here. read more

Until they change staff or manager this store is horrible for people. I like UPS when it comes to shipping but at this store the customer service is horrible. No greetings upon entering, snarky looks, and just all around unprofessional. I had to say something this time because today the white lady with short hair kept being so rude to her coworker. She told him in front of EVERYONE "I told you to lock the doors! I'm not taking anymore customers!" Even one lady apologized because she said this in front of us. He then becomes rude because she's being rude. This place needs new staff or some extra training. read more

They either don't pay their people enough or they are miserable. The girl with the piercings was the only one that was helpful, but honestly even she didn't bother to smile. UPS, please pay your people more so they can greet your customers with a smile and can pretend that they aren't absolutely bored out of their minds working there. Your biggest competitor is fedex and at least they have a sense of humor. I had to change my pick up location and it costed me extra---not good value at all. read more

The gentleman working today was beyond helpful. Helped me wedge my semi-deconstructed Amazon chair into the box and had me email my return label to be printed immediately because, of course, I forgot to print my own. Love it when people go above and beyond. read more
