I wanted to share my recent experience at the UPS store, as the situation became unnecessarily stressful and concerning. My mom, who was visiting from out of state, shipped a package to herself through your store. The item was packaged by your team and sent as an overnight delivery (costing close to $400 for overnight) Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the expected date. While we understood there could be delays due to Sunday, it arrived even later than anticipatedand ultimately arrived damaged. A store employee had mentioned they would follow up regarding the SGR, but we did not receive a call the next day as promised. My mom attempted to call the store multiple times without success, but no one answered. Since she is not local, I went into the store on her behalf to help get an update. For context, I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, so making the trip was already physically taxing. When I arrived, I explained the situation to a younger employee and put my mom on speaker so she could provide details directly. At that point, an older employee came to the front and immediately assumed my mom was yelling on the phone, which was not the case. Instead of calmly assessing the situation, he became visibly frustrated and began raising his voice toward the phone. I repeatedly asked him to stop yelling, as it was escalating the situation and causing unnecessary stress, especially given my condition. Unfortunately, he continued, showing little awareness of how inappropriate the behavior was. In addition to the tone of the interaction, several of his comments were confusing and came across as dismissive and guilt-inducing. For example, when we brought up that the package had arrived damaged and that we had not received a follow-up call as promised, he responded by saying that if the package had been processed the day before, "we wouldn't have known about the damage." This did not make sense in context, especially since we were told we would be contacted before any next steps were taken. Rather than addressing the lack of communication or helping resolve the issue, the responses felt defensive and unhelpful. The interaction became increasingly uncomfortable. Eventually, he disengaged by walking away and keeping his distance, without resolving the situation or addressing my concerns directly. I asked if everything needed on our end had been completed, was told yes, and then I left. What should have been a simple conversation turned into a stressful and avoidable experience. I'm disappointed in how the situation was handled, particularly the lack of communication, professionalism, and awareness in handling both a damaged shipment and a customer concern. Weeks later they did not do the SGR like they said and she received no apology, no response from the store, no refund. Could have been charged the original shipping but didn't refund the over night for not coming on time. This was a disappointing experience and I now see it based on previous reviews. The store and the staff are fine for all services EXCEPT FINGERPRINTING! DO NOT! DO NOT go there for fingerprints. The staff are just as frustrated as you will be. The owner is ditching the machine by the end of their 1-year contract. It's excruciatingly painful. read more

Customer service I was in the area and needed just one copy. ONE! So I looked up place that print nearby and of course this location popped up. They want to charge $3.25 minimum for copies. Which meant that my ONE sheet would be $3.25 PLUS TAX to print. This is highway robbery. And the young man working was semi rude which he may get the brunt of people thinking it's absurd to charge that fee but there is still customer service lessons needing to be learned especially when the customer is not rude. So I'm not one to get bad reviews normally I just sweep it under the rug. But today really upset me. So I'm here to take a package back from one of these overseas companies and I bring it in the bag. I have my QR code, but I didn't tape it. I didn't know I was supposed to tape it. I walk in and the gentleman tells me he cannot accept the package on open unless I tape it but he would have to charge me for tape. I proceeded to let him know all I needed. We're just one 6 inch long piece of tape to seal the package and the customer that comes there at least six or seven times a month and I didn't think this was a big deal so I proceeded to go buy a roll of tape. I can help it. I will never ever come to this UPS store again. I'll just go somewhere else. The gentleman saw my disappointment and told me that these companies don't pay them for their time and material. I told him it's a piece of tape. It takes two seconds there's nobody in here. Customer service is lacking severely at this place. I mean severely. my suggestion if someone can't handle customer service they should just find some other lineup work because they're not doing themselves the company or the customer any favors by being this rude. read more

Front desk girl Brooke is incompetent. Told her I had an eBay return and had the label information that eBay gave me to get printed. She said it had to be emailed so they could print it, I thought I was getting a standard UPS adhesive shipping label like Amazon to be printed as I don't have that kind of printer. So I was confused about the process and why I had to pay $3.65 for a UPS shipping label. Brooke gave me the wrong UPS email to send the info to and I waited several minutes while she helped other customers for the email to arrive in their computer. The other male employee working the counter stepped in to help and figured out that Brooke gave me the wrong UPS email address to send the label information to for them to print and that's why it wasn't arriving in their inbox. She was unapologetic about the whole situation and barked at me to pay the $3.65. I asked if the 8 1/2 x 11" paper that came off the laser jet printer at the back of the store that I had to retrieve myself which printed a giant label was going to hold on for the shipping process as I was used to seeing labels that are normal sized and adhesive. She told me that at this time it's going out that way and if I wasn't comfortable with that I could leave. Frustrated, I told her ok if she was sure that would work. The foreign Indian owner immediately came out from the back screaming at me to get out of his store that his employees know better than me and that it is not his fault I am dumb and need to go back to school. He literally followed me to my car screaming at me in the parking lot that its my fault I can't read to see how the shipping label printing process works. Glad there are other stores to choose from close by. Steer clear of this store and I pity the poor folks that have to work for him. I can only imagine how they are treated if this is his level of customer service and how he treats the people who give him business to pay his bills. read more

As others have stated the male assuming this to be the Indian male is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been a few times and have walked out the same amount of times and taken my business elsewhere. Both times I was barked at by this same individual and will never return. The man managing this store is unprofessional and a liar. They shipped an amazon q code package that they were supposed to pack, print label and ship for free per Amazon's guidelines to a completely different place, using the wrong label. When I asked them about it they told me I was responsible for placing the label on the box (a label I never had since it was a q code drop off). When I pointed the Amazon language from the app the man was rude, kept interrupting, and told me that I was responsible for purchasing the box, attaching the label, and packing the shipment. When I asked why on the other q code return I had the same day I simply handed him the unboxed item and he scanned and took the item, he told me it didn't happen. Three weeks ago he posted in a Google review that all you do is drop off the item and he packs it and places the item with other Amazon returns. Run away as fast as you can, make the couple mile drive west on 1488 and go to the UPS store by Kroger, they are owned by a different franchisee and are actually nice and not rude, which this man has been every time I've dropped something off. read more

Steer clear of this place! The male staff member at the store is very aggressive and screamed at my small kids for looking at the cards, trying to reach an envelope. I was trying to dismantle a kids scooter as he said it unreasonably could not be sticking out at any angle, then charged me $1.00 for a string of tape. Told me to "control my kids" "this is not your home" and went absolutely ballistic while I tried to dismantle parts. I would NOT feel safe ever returning. Terrible customer service, if you want to be aggravated go to this store. I was "helped" by someone with no manners who basically did not want to take my ups code from Nespresso because they only do that for Amazon, in other words she wants me to pay to get the label printed. The owner of this location is awful. He is rude to customers, impatient, charges for things free at other locations and refuses service. I have a corporate account through work with my business card and email from my company with the UPS corporate contact and he refused to help me. I now drive the 2 extra miles to the location on 242 who goes above and beyond with every interaction. read more

Beware, this place will over charge you. It doesn't appear that the girl behind the counter can read or use a tape measure, one of the two. She added 2 inches to my dimensions and tried to over charge me. If my box measures 17 1/4" it's understandable to enter 18", but definitely NOT 19". This is the second time this happened, I'm done trying. Luckily there's another store down the street. read more
