While this location was unable to accommodate since they didn't carry that exact boxes requested, Steve was super accommodating and pointed me in the direction of the location that would be able to assist. I appreciate the guidance, which saved me from aimlessly roaming Houston in search of this specific box. I've previously been a Fed Ex gal, but when I'm in the area I'll def give them my business!

The store also offers little adorable trinkets and other household items that you may need but always forget at the grocery store that you can easily pick up. I emailed her the PDF and she printed the label size 8x10 and advised they would probably have issues scanning the label since it's so big. Instead of reprinting the label to the correct size she stuffed the cashmere sweater into an overnight document envelope and taped the label on the front. I had reservations and should have taken the return and left but decided to save a trip and let them mail it instead. I went to pay with my debit card and she said since I didn't have cash to just leave and bring her some next time. She never offered me a receipt and I didn't think to ask for one. To keep in good faith I returned 2 hours later with cash. She charged me $2.39 to print a single page; I told her to keep the change. She didn't offer a receipt and told me the package had already been picked up. Days later and USPS has no record of the package. I went back in to ask about it and she chastised me for not having a receipt. She checked her records and she had not scanned the package so there is no record or proof it went out. No resolution.

I think their pricing is a little on the higher end, considering they aren't Kinko's and it's like a mom and pops spot. They do not have a computer to login and print something if you wanted. You can't fax off yourself. So if you want anything like that done you have to email them your documents and then they will print and fax for you. Im not too crazy about that bc if you have sensitive information then this definitely won't work for you. However, they are convenient in a pinch and get the job done. Plus it's usually always quick, like under ten minutes so I'm all for it.

With only two people working, it's completely unfair to the people who simply need to have their packages scanned for drop off to have to wait 45 minutes in line because someone gets up to the counter and takes FOREVER. I've held my tongue long enough about this store! I'm done coming here. UPS itself needs to upgrade the inside of this store to be bigger, they need to hire more workers, and if they can implement a self-scan station, that will save everyone so much time and frustration.

As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.
