I've shipped this way with UPS, FedEx, USPS over a dozen times no issues. I come to this location for the first time and scan my label and the lady comes to help me and tells me I can't ship it with the brown paper wrap. I tell her I've shipped over 10 times and she says well I've never see you before. I asked if she could give me a refund then and I'll go ship with UPS and she says no she doesn't give refunds. I just went to another FedEx and asked the manager and she told me I can ship it no problem and was out of the store in minutes.
