When I walked into FedEx, I had a remarkably different experience. First of all, the location itself was clean and well-presented. I appreciated that the staff were wearing masks during the COVID pandemic. There was no wait time, but if there had been there was clear space indicated for separated line standers. Vernon, the team member who assisted me, was excellent. When he realized what I needed, he set to work right away with helping me with the least expensive and most efficient option to deliver my packages. He helped me to pick the right size boxes, helped me with packaging, and even got them out for delivery on the truck that night so that most of them would arrive the next day. He made me feel at ease with the situation, and I felt that my packages would arrive safely and quickly to their destinations. I was also impressed by how quickly they each arrived! Packages shipped from Houston at 6pm and arrived in San Antonio by 11am the next morning. I had a great experience and have already recommended FedEx to others as a result. I will definitely be back! We were looking for a very large sign that would pop and cover most of a 9 foot long wall. So the sign would be pretty large. I was fortunate enough to meet Rick Hartman at Thomas Printworks. We set up a meeting and discussed what we were looking for in our sign for our business. After discussing with Rick what we were looking for in our design, he brought our ideas back to his team at Thomas Printworks for some brainstorming. To our surprise, Rick came back to us a day later and presented to us their design and ideas of how to make our sign work. He showed us different types of materials that they thought would work the best. He also showed us a few different options in colors and vinyls that could be used to give us the color we wanted. We were looking for a nice gold to pop off of our matte black wall. He even had prices quoted and ready for us for the different options so that we had an idea of what we were going to pay for the sign based on our decision of materials and colors. I have to say that Rick did a great job at communicating with us to make sure that we were on the same page and in agreement with how the sign was going to be constructed and designed. He even made his own suggestions on how to add a little extra dimension to the sign to add some extra pop and a cool shadow like appearance. His thoughts and suggestions were very helpful and paid off. 4-5 days later, an install team showed up to our business and installed out brand new HUGE sign! The install team was very professional. They made sure to not make a lot of noise to disturb our business. They did not make any mess of any sort. And the sign was installed perfectly straight and even. I would have definitely messed up had I tried to install the sign myself. Overall, the experience of working with Thomas Printworks was excellent. They met all our needs and wants for our sign.
