Horrible customer service. Like several other customers this location severely lacks customer service. I have held a PO Box here for my business for 2 years now, and despite the fact that I get time sensitive mail coming in I NEVER receive my mail in a timely manner. I always have to call as a means to prompt them to do their job. Knowing that I had a very important document being sent to this address 2 weeks ago, I had to call today just to get them to sort and deliver my mail. This is the 4th time that I have had to call them to look for my mail. Every time I call I am told I have nothing there. Then literally 3 hours later I receive an email notification that my Box has mail waiting for me. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Again this has happened 4 times in a row. In today's instance the mail is post stamped for July 29th, so it has been sitting there for 1 week and despite personally talking to a representative on the phone and being told there was nothing there somehow mail from a week ago magically appears 3 hours later. Don't waste hour time getting a PO BOX here you're better off at the USPS PO Box. read more

Very unhelpful and rude customer service, this was the second stop just needed to fix a typo on a pdf and re print ....I had the application on my email and offered their computer service for 3.00 I figured it would save me time logged on to find out there's no pdf editing, printed a blank and still got charged for the computer service She had nothing to say offer or explain just rude, you're in the wrong service go find another job Hi Greg, I was charged computer service and for printing one blank template that I already had in the car. When I originally told the lady what I was looking for she offered the computer service, as soon as I realized the pdf editing was locked I specifically asked her what's the point, she gave me a blank look and Walked away Lesson learned read more

This is a great service to have. The rates are reasonable and the owner and his staff are really nice people. The one thing I wish they would change would be the hours of operation. Opening at 10:00 a.m. seems a bit late for a place that provides mailing and packaging services especially since you are not allowed 24 hours access to your mailbox. By 10:00 a.m. most people are already at work and to get there by 6:00 is also a challenge so you are left with your lunchtime or the weekends to access your mailbox. UPDATE 12/2014: After having the service for awhile and a change in ownership my opinion of this particular branch has changed. The hours are restrictive they open late, close early and now will be closed on Saturday thinking seriously about taking business elsewhere. It doesn't help that they also have an employee that can be extremely rude. The owner himself acknowledges that this person attitude is, in fact, bad but for some reason, she is still employed there. I guess the old adage is correct "Good help is so hard to find" 2017 This Postnet has been under new ownership for some time now and has done a complete 180. The new owners have true business hours and the staff are professional and helpful. read more

Went to this place today in the interest of time to mail something. What would cost me $3.75 at the USPS first class, with a tracking number they were going to charge me almost $9 to mail regular mail, no tracking number. When I questioned the price, she just said "we can't match the post office price". I get that, but come on, that's a BIG difference in price for a lower class of service. I won't be going back there at all and certainly won't recommend them to anyone. Save your money, go to the post office or your regular shipper's location. read more

Horrible customer service. Claim they accept prepaid packages but won't give you a receipt for drop off. Which means there is no proof you dropped off so the employees can easily steal your packages and you can't do anything about it! Definitely don't use this chain. read more

Post Net saved me.....I needed to mail a package to Eastern Europe. I had investigated on the Web to see how to do it with NO CLARITY...I had no idea how, which service to use, how much, etc. A gentlemen was working the first time I visited with all these questions. He took the time to look at 4 different companies ( Fed Ex, DHL, UPS and US Postal)...prices for each one and weight amounts...This enabled me to go home and pack my package accordingly. When I returned with the package, Nicole was working and showed me how to properly wrap it. Happily my new friends in Croatia received my English children's books and will begin to teach their children English...GREAT SERVICE, informative, and affordable. read more

Why post business hours when you are never there? The other comments about showing up to this place and nobody being there is exactly what I have recently experienced at this location. The glass door even had some post-it notes from UPS & delivery drivers as they couldn't deliver packages. Name change recommendation - PostNot. read more

Nicole is great, she has helped me out so much with printing flyers and coil bound booklets for work. The print quality is much better than FedEx/Kinkos in my opinion. I also swing by to drop off packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx. They are not the cheapest but the convenience and customer service is worth a few extra dollars. read more

Reliable and right around the corner. I have never had an issue with their service. I won't give them the fifth star because they make me buy a more expensive stock paper for any color copies. I don't need that but they say it is the only paper that their machine will take. Other than that, they are a good copy place. read more

Employees are always on there phone and never really pay attention to anyone when u walk in the door. All the other times I've been here to print something off my email I've used there computer and i only had to pay for $0.15 a copy but today for some reason had charge me for using the computer ended up paying $3.50 for 4 piece of paper. And the fact that it's the same girl who's always there at the counter just makes it worst. There were days where I was in a rush and the lady was just on her phone gossiping and the printer needed some paper and she didn't even did anything about it after few minutes I had told her it's not working. I feel like they can do a better job Hiring better people who takes there job seriously and not always on there phone. Anyways probably won't be coming back here, I rather take my business elsewhere . I feel bad to whomever own this business, there losing costumers, and money. read more
