The fact that FedEx management has not yet intervened and rectified this issues is unsettling. This lady is the embodiment of low class and poor customer service. That was inside another box that was inside a sealed industrial-strength Ziploc bag with all the warranty information. I came with a set of strict instructions from the jeweler to maintain the insurance on my package. While this location was unable to accommodate since they didn't carry that exact boxes requested, Steve was super accommodating and pointed me in the direction of the location that would be able to assist.
