From the time I paid for Overnight/next day air from Nevada to Houston, a Thursday night, it is now Monday, package is still in the Willowbrook Hub. There is no direct number, just the 800# that I've called numerous times and assured first Saturday delivery, which was already after 5pm, then Guaranteed Monday delivery. As of today, Monday, it still has not left this horrendous HUB to the local distribution center, where the drivers pick up the packages. Now I'm told it will be there tomorrow Tuesday. I could've driven it there myself from Las Vegas. Never pay for overnight from UPS again. Won't even consider using them. Store owners are at the mercy of this unorganized corporate company. They are the most helpful, but once it leaves their store, we are screwed. read more

No more quick and E-Z local return drop off! We arrived at this location and drove in circles for a while trying to figure out how/where to drop off our returns. Pulled up under the awning and was sternly told to turn around pointing to where we needed to go. We finally figured out how to enter the parking lot by seeing the one and only sign this compound has directing you to the ft door. They have three roads to turn into the compound off of Gessner and not one telling us how to get where we needed to be(see pictures) it was scary with all their truck coming and going and no place a non- employee needed to be- VERY unsafe read more

Had no choice but to pick up from this location after 2 attempts to deliver at my home. Staff is friendly when they are there and open. Strangely odd hours, 8am to 10am, then close, then reopen at 5:30pm to 8pm. I mean who does that?? Listen, if you want to pick up your package, it will be on our terms not yours. If I could give NO STARS... I have been expecting a package for two days. It was needed on a certain date because it was a gift for my boyfriend who is an OTR driver, and I'm a flight attendant, so it's rare to catch us at home. The first day it was to be delivered, the driver pretends the address is wrong, never mind they deliver to the address at minimum once a week. Call, only to give the the same address that was already on the package. They guarantee delivery for the next day, so I have my boyfriend cut his drive short to come back home, only for NOW the address is illegible?! It wasn't a hand written address, and the address is read by barcode scanner anyway, so this is a total lie. So far, I've talked to five people, two managers, their DM on Facebook, the virtual assistant, and NO ONE can explain why this package still isn't at my house. NOW they're saying it'll be delivered tomorrow...again, NO ONE IS HOME! People can't keep being inconvenienced because you can't get it together. And of course, there's no direct number for the so-called service center. If UPS just wants to keep people's packages and money, they should just say that. This is the biggest fraud and joke of a company I've ever had to do business with. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These 'workers' refused to give me my mail after verifying every possible piece of information on my order. Name, address, phone, purchase card,a business card and UPS EMAIL. This will call pick up office employee and her colleagues targeted me and absolutely refused to release my package to me under the given circumstances. I moved residence, my drivers license doesn't reflect this (COVID) the worker REFUSED , me my package, even after provided every single piece of documentation to prove this is my mail. I requested for it to be held , because I moved houses and obviously do not want mail delivered to an old address. Ups holds package for me. Come time to pick up my mail, that I receive emails and text notification for , and the heavy set African American lady gives me the hardest time verifying my info, TAKING HER JOB ENTIRELY TOO SERIOUS. FedEx however, also held a package for me, AND they released it to me. Why is one shipping provider able to work with me , while ups employees ill treated me!? I spoke to them over the phone and they aid package was here. This area is under construction and they have no directions to where customer service is. It's so dusty from the wind and constructions. This phone# (800) 742-5877 is a call center in the far East. If you call they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. They can't help and are just looking at a computer screen. If they offer to escalate your problem to investigation, and tell you that you will receive a call back within an hour, that's a true sign they have no idea how to fix your issue. If you refuse to accept their garbage answers they will put you on eternal hold until you hang up. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the help I got here today. UPS customer service, the 1800 #, kept giving me the run-around about where my package was and every time I called I would get a different answer. I was told by a phone line customer service to go here and pick up my package, that it was available immediately for pick up. I get there and of course my package is not available for pick up. At this point I'm not surprised as everything I get told from the customer service phone line is inaccurate. However, the young ladies and young man working last night suggested to place my package on will call and that I could come back to pick it up the following day. Then 8 days later the next day air package I shipped was not delivered. We couldn't read the label they said. Why wasn't the readability verified when I shipped it? So I officially dislike this location. I got an alert stating that there was an error in my address. Checked it and it was correct. They just didn't take the time to look at the map in front if my apartments and see where my apartment was located. Supposed to have a package delivered Friday before 10:00 A.M. Start calling UPS customer service to see why we haven't seen it at 11:00.We are told that they are not delivering to our zip code that day because it is Good Friday and they showed most of the business' in our area closed so it would be Monday. I let them know i want it early Monday, and they tell me they can't guarantee that because others have paid for early A.M drop off on Monday and they would be serviced first(eventhough i payed for second day air before 10:00 A.M). I clarified that our package was supposed to be there three days prior to Monday's early drop packages and they said "yes, they have priority". My UPS driver shows up Monday and i greet him and say " tell me you have this package on your truck". It shows he does, but he can't find it along with another package. I asked him if he ran his normal route Friday and he said yes(I already knew this because i saw him on our street). I told him that's weird because i had four different UPS agents tell me they weren't delivering our route due to Holiday schedule. I called and they were able to tell me that my other package had been placed on the wrong route and they were unable to tell me where the package i desperately need is located. I was supposed to have a call back within 30 minutes and 1 hour+, I have not heard anything and am back on the phone with customer service. read more

After looking at all the different location it does not surprise me the horrible ratings for UPS. I also realize that UPS is so big that they could care less that they have so many bad reviews. I have visited the distribution center at least 4 times, called there customer service or lack there of at least 10 times in 4 days. I have been hung up on, put on hold for 30 minutes after asking for a supervisor. This is corporate America at it finest. A business so big they could care less about their customers. Rant NOT over, corporate will be hearing from me, like I stated nothing will come of it but I will be heard. Trust me when I say I was nice every time I spoke to them until today. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I saw that my package was not going to be delivered due to inclement weather so I called and was told I could pick up it at this location. I agreed because it was something that my daughter needed for school the next day. They told me they would call me back and tell me when I could come, but it should be between 7 and 8 pm. I never received a call so I went to the location anyway. When I arrived at 7pm the office was closed. Apparently they closed early due to the same inclement weather that caused my package to not be delivered. Funny I was able to drive there without a problem but they couldn't drive out to deliver my package, or bother to call me and tell me that they were closing early? I ended up having to return the item because it was needed for the next day. Lesson learned. Next time I will pay more and use Fed Ex. read more

UPS is a JOKE. Had 3 packages scheduled delivery today. They were out for delivery this morning between 930 & 10. Tonight it says that delivery was rescheduled due to weather conditions. If I could I'd give it zero stars, I had called a week ago considering a job offer from them and they told me to come & stop by to start the process, when I stepped in there's a line to go through security but since I was considered a guest they told me to step aside, there was this security lady that saw me since I stepped in and didn't even offer a welcome but didn't mind telling me to get out of the way although I was standing in a section that was labeled guest area. I told her about the call I received considering the application process & after 10 minutes she said applications were submitted online, another coworker I assume overheard the convo. & decided to hand me a printed copy of a application slip saying applications are taken in person & online he was even nice enough to show me their process, but due to the first impression of the lady I was not impressed with their environment a lot of the workers had faces as if they didn't want to be there & their parking layout is a mess. I was really hoping in considering this job due to wanting the experience since logistics is my field of study... but sad to say this location is probably the worst overall they definitely need more positive people here & better training when it comes to customer service ! ! ! read more

This place is the worst I have spoken to four different UPS clerks in the past 6 days No one knows who asked for my package to be picked up at their facility instead of it being delivered to my door. But they insist it was requested. Then one promises it would be delivered the next day Friday. Guess what it was never requested in the system but the next clerk promises it be delivered on Tuesday. Its Tuesday no delivery next clerk Oh it was requested but never approved." #$$@$$$ next clerk tells me it was requested for it to be returned to the vendor but it is not in transit because UPS can not locate it. I'm so sick of people getting paid to do nothing! My 85 year old grandfather ordered something from HSN and never got it. We got a paper from UPS on the door saying they missed us. I was home all day. They didnt knowck hard enough or wait for someone to answer the door. A week later I call HSN and I'm told them what happened. I asked where the package was and they told me that UPS noted that they returned it to shipper because they "couldnt find apt". First of all, they already knew I didnt live in an apt. There are absolutely no apartments on my street and everything was spelled correctly. I ASSUME they forgot the package and instead of owning up to it they lied on the notes and tried to cover up their mistake. I'm over it. I called UPS to complain and make them pick up the package they were supposed to switch out upon delivery. I was told the package would be picked up at my home between 9am ans close. I was also told my complaint had been escalated. That I would get a call back today on Saturday by a supervisor. It's almost 8pm at the moment. No phone call or package pick up. It's just been sitting on my porch all day. What if it had ve stolen??? When I called to see why it hadn't been picked up or why no one called me back, I hear a recording that they are only open mobday through Friday until 8pm....IM LIVID...
