We gave them half our money upfront ($1860.00) for a wrap in February 2024 (in which he cashed the check immediately after picking it up) and in July of 2024 we still had nothing but excuse after excuse of why they didn't have our vehicle done. I had dropped the truck to their place of business on FM1960 in Humble around April of 2024, ( please note this is a work truck and the summer is our busiest time of the year) Shayne said it would take 2 weeks to have done. Weeks went by, still no work. So on June 17 I sent a text stating I was done waiting and done with the lies and wanted my truck back. So I went over to A1 Signs on FM1960 unannounced to get my truck but it was not there to pick up. I went to his father's place right next door, Shrader's Automotive and asked the dad, Mr. Shrader where my truck was. I had walked the property and my vehicle was not on their premises and I asked him to call his son because he was not answering my phone calls at this point. ( his girlfriend said I was "mean" LOL. Mr Shrader called his son and told him to bring the truck back. and also said to me " I don't like the way they do business" Mr. Shrader, the Dad actually called me the next morning to see if they brought the truck back. Shayne and Jennifer had driven it to their home. I had to demand to get the truck back and and my money. I told them to bring the truck to their place of business by 0800 the next morning but instead they dropped drove it from their home to my home and said they had picked it up from here!!!! They never picked up the truck from my home they only picked up the $1860.00 check in February from my home!!! What a joke!!!!! They just couldn't bring the truck to their place of business because Shayne's Dad would yell at him. Which apparently happens a lot. We have nothing to show for our $1860.00!!!!! They dodge customers, lie and truly don't produce! I actually filed a small claims court against this guy but the Officer tried 7 times to serve him but he is hiding!!! I am sure he is used to ducking and hiding from customers. His father said the same!! Sad. I hope no one uses these people. I spoke to another customer who had just gone thru the same thing. This customer tried to have his Dodge Heli Cat wrapped and same thing. Took the money and drove his vehicle!!! I spoke to his Dad on 8/28/24 to try to get his home address and his Dad said I have seen him in weeks ( I think this is a lie too) and doesn't know where he lives. Really???? This song must be written for these 2 crooks! Kind of like the Steve Miller song " Go on take the money and run" They must be Billy Joe and Bobby Sue. "We can't let them escape justice" "They got the money hey, you know they got away HEADED DOWN SOUTH and they are still running to day" Just trying to protect potential victims!

A few weeks go by and after hounding him he finally admitted that It was printed but that he ran out of laminate. Couple of days later have to start hounding him again, this time he says it will be ready the same day. So I call him at 6, no answer. I text him, no answer. Finally he texts me the next day and proceeds to tell me that its done but he is downtown and will meet me later. I never got a call. Finally the next night he called me sitting outside my shop at 8pm and asks where I am. I end up meeting him at Taco Cabanna to pick it up. All the window sickers where wrong. he said that's how he always does them. It was just pure laziness. I proceeded to open the wrap logo for my truck, the print quality was poor to say the least, also the laminte was creased in multiple places. His words where that "ohh you can still use it, no one will notice" which is besides the point. Get home and open the otherside and it is cut in half. UNUSABLE! I text him and said that it was supposed to be that way. I proceeded to ask for my money back. He said he would make it right. so texted him today to ask when it would be done. He said that he wasn't going to. About a year before all this I had him do a window pref which came out the same way. He never asked for payment on it or said a price. Now he is throwing that in my face. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!! Update 6/24/16 And just as an FYI to all of you out there.... He just called and threaten me! I really Hope this helps some of you out there! I helped grow this company to over 55 employees, Five brand new install trucks and a brand new facility. My first year as a full-time salesman I doubled sales. And continued to be the number one salesman every single month for over three years. Not only was I the top producing salesman, 90% of my sales were brought in BY ME and were not lead generated. I got this company write ups in two national publications and even got them awarded sign company of the year last year by Sign Builder magazine. I put my blood sweat and tears into this outfit and was as loyal as they come. Last month, the owner (Bart Peterschick) and myself came to an impasse and my employment there was severed. No harm, no foul. I am in a MUCH better place now. But now, the man is refusing to pay me what he owes me. I was sent an extortion letter yesterday which threatened to not pay me a single dime unless I agreed to take a much smaller amount. I refused to sign this letter as I believe I should get paid for every job I sold and received a P.O. for before leaving. I mean, after all, that was my job... What I got paid for... And he's still cashing the checks right? This is nothing short of theft and extortion. The owner likes to throw around the word "integrity" a lot. But this is just a word he likes to say.... Nothing more. Now my family is left to suffer just so he can rob me of what I have earned after I have made him millions over the years. Is this the kind of person you really want to do business with? Also, over half of the reviews on Google are fake. Made by our friends and family members to boost his reviews. He would have us get our friends and family members to do this all the time... Dishonest? Now the owner will reply to this and try to refute this.... If he can't get it removed completely. And I really hope he does so you can judge his "reasoning" for yourself. But it really is simple. I was a commissioned salesman. My job was to sale... Not manage projects. There are project managers for that. I did not receive a salary or hourly paycheck. I am owed every dime of commissions from the jobs I sold. And after the years of service and the money i have made this man and the growth he has enjoyed because of my hard work....
