There were only two reps at the counter, but they helped to move things pretty quickly, even with all the customer questions, etc. Again, I was nervous about what type of customer service I would encounter here based on the reviews, but the gentleman who assisted me was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and funny. In between cracking jokes about the weather, he gave me a run down on what to expect in terms of my return and the cable company. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes; again, there was a heavy crowd early in the AM, and with only two clerks working, I feel they did an excellent job. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). The lady (possibly the owner?) went out of her way to give me a good quote among FedEx, UPS and a host of other shippers, putting the shipment in an envelope just the right size to help me keep the cost down. It was clear that she has repeat clients, as a regular in cowboy boots came in just after me. I liken it to PostalAnnex or the UPS Store, as she has a wall of shipping supplies, a machine for getting keys made, mailboxes for rent and also a large-format printer. There are also notary services available. But the lady seemed as sweet (and thorough) as ever! I love to shop local, I love to shop small so Spring Postal & Business Center had all the bells and whistles. I'm glad to add it to Yelp.

Vellum paper is made for laser printers, and at the end of the day, I knew what I was doing and there were plenty more printers to work on, if you were unsure, at least know what type of printer that is, know the paper, and test something out before you say no and start making faces. Also, I will say, there was an employee helping an elderly lady and she was patient and sweet to her. I did notice that, I hope she notices that her employees need to be checked too.
