I was informed that a second team would come and would give me a call when they were en route which they did and arrived at 12:45. They brought a third person even though I hired 2 but because of the delay they added an additional person. The job was complete at the 2 hour timeframe that I needed. Alex was apologetic for the inconvenience and his team was efficient and courteous. Four stars because of the delay but I would recommend them.

No wasted movement, no confusion, just a clear system that made the entire unload go quickly and smoothly. Carlos & Mario handled everything with care, especially the heavier furniture and more fragile items. Nothing was damaged, and they were thoughtful about placement, asking where things should go instead of just dropping everything in one spot. Beyond the work itself, they were professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Moving is usually stressful, but they made this part of it feel easy. A few extra bucks in my pocket later and we were off to the nearby Waffle House. No muss, no fuss, we got paid a little to deliver it ourselves instead of paying a lot for someone to cart it away, and everyone we met at Spring Scrap Metal Recycling was enthusiastic and kind. 5 Stars all the way!

The storage area was very clean and well-kept. We got the storage on a special rate that stayed for…read morethe remainder of the time so, so the price was great. We never had any problems here. There's a restroom in the hallways, a dumpster in the back if you need to discard old boxes etc, and the people never bothered us at all. We did have one issue: they assigned us a unit that was already in use. It was the weekend, so we had to pick an open locker and just put our lock on it. They corrected the mistake on Monday, reassigning us the locker we'd used.

Of course by 11:15 Paul called and was on their way. They got everything done and made sure our beds and other furniture was where we wanted it before they left. Our stuff almost filled up a horse trailer and it took them less than hours. I had gotten quotes from 2 other places and Paul beat everyone hands down. I highly recommend him and his guys. The manager Greg was truly exceptional in his customer service…read moreand professionalism, and took great care to ensure that I got not only what I needed but a backup plan on hold in case my initial storage rental wasn't large enough (we ended up needing two). I was there with my children: an active 11 month old and a rowdy toddler; and he was very patient and kind with me even when he could see I was in a pretty stressful situation with my move. The storage units are clean, pest free and spacious. They didn't overcharge me or do anything shady, and honestly I've come to expect that from most businesses these days, sadly. When it came time to end my rental, another kind employee promptly sent me the paperwork and processed my move out painlessly.
