However, today I realized that they assessed a $2.25 fee for me emailing over a one page sheet that only cost $0.74 to print. I was flabbergasted! I had a 16x20 poster printed as well that I emailed over. When I called to get a quote for it she said it would be $14.25 + tax. Apparently the one fee of $2.25 is an emailing charge. How else do people provide files these days? Maybe they need an app. So be aware, when you call to get a price quote for a service, it does not include the cost for them to pull up the emailed file. While I do not believe I have been assessed that fee in the past, the young ladies that were working today did not know how to pivot and handle the discussion. I will no longer use PostNot for printing posters. I will stick to Walgreens print. I gave it 2 stars because at least they were sweet and it wasn't their fault but beware there are much more cost efficient places to have things printed.

Otherwise, I would've had to drive for nearly an hour to another UPS Store. Any-whoo, yes, there was a line leading outside the door upon my arrival and I showed up pretty close to opening. There were only two reps at the counter, but they helped to move things pretty quickly, even with all the customer questions, etc. Again, I was nervous about what type of customer service I would encounter here based on the reviews, but the gentleman who assisted me was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and funny. In between cracking jokes about the weather, he gave me a run down on what to expect in terms of my return and the cable company. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes; again, there was a heavy crowd early in the AM, and with only two clerks working, I feel they did an excellent job. In short, I wont be anxious to return to this location should the need arise! Win Win!

You're heavily encouraged to use the lounge area right next to where the line starts to fill out your forms ahead of time and you will be charged for extra tape. Be sure to note the lunch break and 4 PM closing time as the USPS website will give you a generic 10AM-5PM. For being a one-man team, this spot does a good job. I got there right at 11:30 and shortly thereafter a line of 5 people built up so try to come early or right after his lunch break is over.

CONSUMER BEWARE I…read moreused Postal Zone to occasionally forward packages to an out of state address. I signed up for Postal Zone's mail forwarding services via AnytimeMailbox.com. Apparently certain employees at the Postal Zone do not know how to use the mail forwarding software because they make mistakes and they put a CRAZY profit markup on simple mail forwarding services. On my end, I am asked if there are any special directions that I want Postal Zone to take note of. I notated my account to reflect that ALL packages are to be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. They did this correctly the first time, but then it was downhill from there. My most recent package was forwarded via USPS Ground...which takes a very long time for me to receive. I tried calling Postal Zone, after my 3rd call...someone finally answered. I pointed out their error, but they would not admit mistake and claimed that their software doesn't have my Priority Mail notes on they end. I pointed out that they had been following my notes and forwarding packages via Priority Mail, but the guy I spoke to would not even acknowledge this statement (despited there is a digital log on my previous shipment from them). Even the mail forwarding software company, AnytimeMailbox.com, got involved and called them to show them how to view my notes (they could see them too), but the Postal Zone employee told the software people that they were wrong and there are no notes. And.. Businesses like Postal Zone get discounted shipping rates, they don't pay retail. However, the Postal Zone more than doubles the retail cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail (keep in mind that the USPS provides the envelopes for free). The literally put my package into a USPS flat rate envelope (less than 2 minutes to do). In summary, they may have good in-person customer service, but I would not use them for mail forwarding.

I have contacted corporate and other 800 numbers for Postal Annex with no response. Highly recommend you avoid this location.
