Before I could print my job out, I'd wanted to double check my tray was correct and immediately the worker was making face and saying no. Didn't know she was the mechanic for the printer too I guess lol. Vellum paper is made for laser printers, and at the end of the day, I knew what I was doing and there were plenty more printers to work on, if you were unsure, at least know what type of printer that is, know the paper, and test something out before you say no and start making faces. Also, I will say, there was an employee helping an elderly lady and she was patient and sweet to her. I did notice that, I hope she notices that her employees need to be checked too.

THE BEST FEDEX OFFICE - PERIOD!…read more Efficient, fast, and genuinely friendly! Walking into this FedEx Office feels like walking into a place where a bunch of your friends just happen to work. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and outstanding customer service. JoJo helped me, and was absolutely phenomenal! Jojo immediately understood what I needed, handled everything quickly and efficiently, and did it all with a smile. Customer service like Jojo provided is rare these days, so it truly stood out. I ship items frequently and have visited countless FedEx locations throughout the city. Not one of them inspired me to write a review - until now. Needless to say, JoJo and the entire team at the W. Gray FedEx Office are going to get to know me well because I've officially found my go-to location. If you're looking for a FedEx Office where you're treated like a valued customer instead of just another transaction, this is the place. Five stars isn't enough!

CONSUMER BEWARE I…read moreused Postal Zone to occasionally forward packages to an out of state address. I signed up for Postal Zone's mail forwarding services via AnytimeMailbox.com. Apparently certain employees at the Postal Zone do not know how to use the mail forwarding software because they make mistakes and they put a CRAZY profit markup on simple mail forwarding services. On my end, I am asked if there are any special directions that I want Postal Zone to take note of. I notated my account to reflect that ALL packages are to be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. They did this correctly the first time, but then it was downhill from there. My most recent package was forwarded via USPS Ground...which takes a very long time for me to receive. I tried calling Postal Zone, after my 3rd call...someone finally answered. I pointed out their error, but they would not admit mistake and claimed that their software doesn't have my Priority Mail notes on they end. I pointed out that they had been following my notes and forwarding packages via Priority Mail, but the guy I spoke to would not even acknowledge this statement (despited there is a digital log on my previous shipment from them). Even the mail forwarding software company, AnytimeMailbox.com, got involved and called them to show them how to view my notes (they could see them too), but the Postal Zone employee told the software people that they were wrong and there are no notes. And.. Businesses like Postal Zone get discounted shipping rates, they don't pay retail. However, the Postal Zone more than doubles the retail cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail (keep in mind that the USPS provides the envelopes for free). The literally put my package into a USPS flat rate envelope (less than 2 minutes to do). In summary, they may have good in-person customer service, but I would not use them for mail forwarding.
