Was trying my best to get to the store on time before they closed but had few delays. I arrived in front of their parking lot at 4:59 pm on a Saturday. By the time I grabbed my returns to their door it was 5 pm. And the young gentleman with glasses and a beard, sorry I didn't catch his name, was kind enough to let me in to do my returns. Most of my packages were labeled and boxed up so it took about 2 minutes to do the returns. That considerate gesture surely made my day! Staff is always nice and helpful, but I can't give 5 stars because this store needs to get on board with other UPS stores that have self-service, Amazon return kiosks. It's so frustrating standing in a long line just to make a simple return that I can do myself at the return kiosk. I got use to UPS stores in the Dallas area, before I moved here, that have return kiosks. It was really great to get in and out so easily. This UPS store is the only one near me, so it's the only choice I have for Amazon returns, and it seems to take forever to make a simple return because of the lines. There is a reason other UPS stores have these return kiosks. They see the value in it for customers and staff. This store is trapped back in time. They need to invest in this self-service kiosk technology that is available for simple Amazon returns now!!! read more

Never shipping from here again. My partner shipped a package from this location to Oregon for my birthday, and i never got it and it was marked as delivered, we called and went into store to ask them what to do about it and all they said was to file a claim and that's all they could do. They said they did everything good on their part but their part required me getting the package from Houston to Oregon, and I never got it. Terrible customer service, they were arrogant and not helpful what so ever. Trusted UPS with shipping out a package and they couldn't do what I pay them for. The workers were upbeat even though the air condition wasn't working.
