In my search for a facility to house some "stuff" I wanted out of my home for the time being, Klein Krimmel made the cut. This place is clean, well-lit, easily accessed, and very reasonably priced. There are also some added amenities to choose from, like extra security measures and insurance if you don't have it already - even truck rentals. The rental process alone deserves 5 stars! It really is contactless and so, SO simple. I was able to go online, rent a unit in the size needed, set up access and billing after filling out some paperwork electronically, and head over to the facility for move-in. All of which was issue-free! When we arrived, the unit was ready to go and neatly placed inside were two water bottles and a thank you card. SOLD! Need a storage unit? Renting a storage locker is usually a pain when you rent from places like Public Storage. This is a completely down home, Texas family experience. Roger welcomed us with a big smile and stepped us through signing up for a good sized locker to fit our 1 bedroom apartment while we look for a place in Houston. Like mice? This is the place for you! My husband and I had our entire household in storage for about 4-1/2 months while we waiting for our new home. Upon retrieving our things, we discovered vast quantities of mouse droppings and clothing with holes in them from rodents. Once the unit was emptied, mouse droppings were visible everywhere. Management was completely unconcerned and unresponsive. Once they have your money, they really don't appear to care. Also during that time, our climate controlled unit went without air conditioning for at 2 weeks (no one bothered to check that it wasn't running). On-site management doesn't seem overly motivated and certainly doesn't mind if you're unhappy. I am not the only person who has had this experience at this facility. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! IT'S DISGUSTING. read more

I called several storage units and was met with zero patience or simply a lack of customer service. One Spring location never returned my call. I was very hesitant to rent from a location that didn't return a call for new business. Imagine if I needed something after the rental was initiated. To my surprise, I stopped at Klein Krimmel Storage and the manager was awesome! He was very patient, extremely friendly and he is on property! To top off this wonderful experience, the Klein Krimmel Storage manager placed two waters in our unit because he knew we were moving in later that day. I can't thank him enough for his excellent customer service!!!! He is truly an asset!!! read more

When I first rented a unit here I was delighted to deal with the friendly owner and the woman who worked there. After several months of no problems, I unexpectedly fell on hard times and fell behind on the bill. I called and explained the situation to Andrew, the "property manager" that I had lost pretty much everything and although I could not pay the exorbitant charges they had tacked on to my bill, amounting to almost 500$ after missing one months payment, I offered to pay every cent I had to my name prior to the unit going up for auction, if only I could go and get one small duffel bag of my teenagers clothes out of the facility. I was informed that the unit was sealed unless I could come up with 80% of the total charges, which of course I did not have. I stressed to Andrew that surely one small duffel bag of clothes wasn't going to make them that much of a profit at auction and I was of course willing to leave everything else for them to auction off. Andrew said, callously, that if my son needed clothes so bad, there were plenty of hurricane Harvey shelters around giving away clothing and he was sure I could find some there! I was appalled that rather than let me pay 60$ to access a bag of my sons clothes, he would rather me go to shelters and take from people who are really in need, as they don't have a set of clothes holed up in a storage facility ready to be accessed. Just goes to show what a sense of community this place truly has. I wouldn't advise anyone using this facility, they are after the almighty dollar and couldn't care less about the people they are serving. P.s. I asked Andrew, Mr high and mighty property manager to put me in touch with the owner, to which he refused. So if you want to deal with a callous egotistical "property manager", this is your place! read more

Very nice Property Managers!!! Victoria and Garrett go above and beyond! They are friendly and care about their customers!!!! The facility is super clean!!! They call and check on their customers to see if there is anything they can do for them. Now I call that customer service. I have two units with them and I will be there for awhile!!!!
