Nice facility. They increase the rent on you quickly however. I went from paying $67 to $93. Property manager seems to be non-existent. There is no customer support. They make you pay the full monthly amount if you leave early. read more

Honestly this storage unit always have something going. I've only been here for maybe four months and I'm already over it and wishing I would have just did a drive up storage somewhere else. Theirs never any dollys, the restrooms are always locked and I've been here on the weekend and sometimes their not even open or closes early with no notifications. I'm counting down the days that i don't have to deal with this place. read more

This Facility has no customer service and no one to operate it. They do not answer phone calls and the office is always closed. They charge about $200 per month for the space but the ownership is too cheap to hire someone for $10/hr to Help the customers, Greed at its finest. They will call you to remind you when bill is due but will Not return calls or provide and other type of customer service. It was cube smart before, always had friendly service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I filled out my info online to reserve a unit, and when McKayla followed up with a phone today, you could hear her attitude through the phone on a VOICEMAIL. Then when I didn't call back (because I switched my reservation online to a later date), McKayla called me again and her exact words (with that same friendly tone from the voicemail) when I answered were "yes you put today as move-in date but you haven't shown up yet." When I told her that I changed the date, her attitude got even worse. Because both of our exchanges at this point have been so wonderful and pleasant, my husband and I immediately shook our heads like we should cancel. Fortunately for us, McKayla hung up on me before we got the chance. There's 2 reviews before mine with horrible ratings. Seems to be a habit with this place and it's employees. read more

I signed up online & it was very simple. I'm moving from another storage facility & the rent is a lot cheaper here! I went to office to get my keys & Tracey even showed me to my unit, which is close to the elevator, thank you! she also 'warned' me of the dolly shortage, this is a big place, it's not possible to have enough for everyone. I have no problem bringing my own. so far, everything here is been great, I would definitely recommend.! read more

It was easy and fast and the first month was pretty cheap because of a special they were running but after that it's a little steep. Didn't really have to deal with any staff because I did everything online which was nice and safer due to the virus stuff going on. The place was clean the elevator took me to the third floor and low and behold my storage room was right there so thanks to whichever employee did that. The only real gripe I have is the dollies seem kinda small and a little flimsy but still got the job done. Thank you Public Storage! I would recommend to anyone needing storage! read more

The place and building is nice but I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone simply because of the service you get here. I've been with them for 4 years but the one thing that kills this location is there's never anyone here and no one ever answers the phone, I did everything online, and the one time I actually need a human no one is still yet to be seen in the office- and I come at different times - I misplaced my keys and needed assistance cause online it says the property manager can help- how the heck am I supposed to get in if no one answers and it seems like no one works here? read more

This is the worst storage facility I've ever used! The moisture in here ruins everything! The space above your unit is open to the entire building. So whenever it's moist outside and people are moving in and out... Your space gets wet too! The staff is not friendly. I can't wait to get my stuff out of here! I recommend any other storage place besides this one! I had to rent a small additional storage unit and found an awesome place just down the road... Klein Krimmel self storage on FM 2920. What what happend to decent business practices. I sold a home an had to put stuff into storage while locating a new home. I called to schedule a move out and was told that i had to be out on the last day of the month or i would be charged a whole months rent? I am not talking a week or two into the month i was talking 2 days at most into the month and they will charge me for the whole month. That is just ridiculous!! Do not use this storage their are plenty of others in the area!! read more

This place is horrible! They have/had a horrible mold issue. We notified them about it months before they tried to address it. Their General Manager tried to lie to us about the problem. It took over 8 months for them to send out a letter and they still did not fix the ongoing problem. Their general manager Joshua Chatman was so unprofessional and just tried to swept the problem under the rug. We have since filed a complaint with BBB. If I could give less than a 1 star I would! read more
