Originally they were to arrive at 12 pm. I requested they come at 1 pm due to roommate moving out as well and to make Amaya Movers had room to work. Mr Carlos Sosa stated he could come at 6:30 am, 12 pm or 5pm/6 pm. I agreed to 5 pm. The movers were stuck on another job at 5 pm and I was told they would arrive soon. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment.They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

That is to storage my things , however That was…read moreall pointless because I had to throw away a lot of things .I rented 2 storages one temp control room and outside storage garage.Checking on my things last month couldn't help but to notice the small rat droppings everywhere on my things also urine inside my outdoor storage . Roaches were crawling out my things in the temperature control room . I changed units to the (van body ) without charge . So I'm grateful for that , but for most of my things to be destroyed by rat urine and poop was disappointing. Overall I recommend the van body storages . That's if you have no other option like me . I did ask if they use pest control . I was told they do also states in fine print they don't cover certain issue that happens to your property so just be aware .

My auto payment was refunded and their system was showing me behind. I called and was told to contact customer service. They informed me that it was a computer issue and since it had refunded my payment I was past due so we fixed it and the late fees refunded but I am still getting phone calls to let me know that they still had their lock on my unit. I am out of state so can't just walk in. I left my items in their care and this was their fault I would not recommend this place but can't get there any time soon but will start making the time to get my things.

In California, I had the inside building storage. I practically had everything in that one, furniture, clothes, shoes, suitcases, camera equipment, and Christmas decorations; there was no damage from the weather. And although I have the outside storage in Texas, I have just my luggage and boxes in this one; it will be the same way, with no damage because of how well the doors are sealed.
