The inside units halls smells of pee I went to check in two days ago to get the lock abs everything I went ahead after checking in I left (I haven't put anything inside yet), I'll be returning there this week to return keys and get a refund. It's also pretty dusty inside. That again don't seem to answer the phone almost at all. They will call you back tho after a voicemail . I'm going to to another place. I started getting phone calls and messages stating I was behind on my payments and they had cut my lock off and was scheduling my unit for auction. My auto payment was refunded and their system was showing me behind. I called and was told to contact customer service. They informed me that it was a computer issue and since it had refunded my payment I was past due so we fixed it and the late fees refunded but I am still getting phone calls to let me know that they still had their lock on my unit. I am out of state so can't just walk in. I left my items in their care and this was their fault I would not recommend this place but can't get there any time soon but will start making the time to get my things. read more

got a internet deal for 116 a month after 1 month they went up to 166 witch they said they could go up once a yr that's a lie two months later 207 a month. the ceilings are coming down due to massive rat infestation there's rat droppings everywhere in the unit as well they don't give you your seven day grace period if your late you'll have to pay the full amount as well as the month your in theyll turn your activation off with a quickness and call you everyday of the week to let you know about your bill. bunch of nails in the parking lot that they aren't liable for would HIGHLY recommend taken your money and stuff else where read more

Property has had a rat issues for over 2 years. Tried calling corporate and they were un-aware of the issue and blamed me asking me if I had food in my storage unit. No food, just furniture that I didn't need rat piss and shit all over. Informed girl who worked at facility and she freaked out over rats, guess no one told her and she was grossed out. Fast forward a few months later....Came to get something out of my unit and noticed the unit next door was left open.....Guess what I saw? Food, Garbage, empty cereal boxes...Wow...I wonder where the rats came from. This place is a joke and the people in the office getting paid $9 an hour don't give a shit about you. read more

Everything went great till after I stored my things and the white woman that was working yesterday on 07/ 16/22 that morning. She calls my phone screaming to the top of her lungs saying i left trash at their storage. when it was someone else that had left the same time as me. but they were in a uhual truck. so it was a mistake. but even if it was me that left the trash she was very disrespectful and said a lot of nasty things. screaming to the top of her lungs like a crazy person that's not at work. she's very unprofessional and someone needs to talk to her before someone not so understanding hurt her. This place is ghetto. Staff is not knowledgeable. Storages are broken into. The garbage can is padlocked, so you can never throw any type of trash away. The front gate has such a small space you cant turn around. The code box has no cover, so don't go in the rain because you have to get out and get soaked to put in the code to get in. Storage walkways are dirty. Never swept. Rats, roaches, and spiders are prominent throughout the buildings. The price for your unit goes up 5% every year automatically. Better value somewhere else. I had a camper parked here. People stole parts off my camper and there is nothing the storage will go. read more

I am extremely upset! Today they decided to change access hours. I use a parking spot for my business and had to reschedule all my morning appointments since they gave no warning of the hour changes. I need a refund for this month and cancel my parking spot. It is very clear to me they just want the customers money they don't care about us. I moved out of my apartments and stored all my furniture here for a little a year. When I decided to go back and get my belongings in the storage my mattress grew moles/fungus on it. How did this happen? I have no idea. Even my bottom drawers for my bedroom dressers had moles/fungus on it. There were wet looking stains on the mattress. I had to throw away the mattress that costed $600+ alone. I didn't want to throw the drawers away for the dressers so I end up cleaning it up. Luckily, I got insurance through public storage with a third party company called Sedgwick, but even after that I only gotten $250 as a reimbursement for my mattress that I filed a claim for. They should of gave me a full reimbursement for my mattress. The insurance is a bunch of bull crap. Saying that they will cover up to thousands of dollars, but only gave me back not even half of what my mattress costed. Now I have to buy a new mattress out of pocket. I was a customer at this location for over 3 years. I have had issues with the manager, Anthony going into my storage. I was late often, but always paid my bill because everything I owned was in there. So I paid $250.00 at the first of March and left a $138.00 balance which was my rent for the month of March. Due to financial trouble, I kept a balance carrying over from the previous month. My things where auctioned off on March 29th. I was told that my unit sold for $345.00 which I know is a lie because of all the things I had in there. Do not ever use this business to store your things, because they will be deceitful and auction your things, especially if they see something in there that they want. If my unit only sold for that amount, that means that the manager bought it. read more

In 2015, I moved from a house into an apartment, and needed one of the larger storage units, because the size of my apartment is nowhere near the size of the house. Anyway, everything at this location went fine for the first year, until I found out my storage was broken into... at LEAST three times that I know of. The first two break-ins happened within a couple days of each other. This last break-in happened sometime before January 12, 2017, to SEVERAL units (at least 20 or more), and yet, I was NEVER contacted about the break-in... I didn't find out until almost 2-1/2 weeks later... and that was only because I needed to get a couple of things out of storage, myself. Plus, there was a different lock on the door hasp. Apparently, the f*cktards who broke-in to all these units, used some sort of pry-bar to pry the entire hasp and lock, completely off the roll-up door. Unfortunately for the tenants, this particular Public Storage has absolutely NO security cameras on the property, whatsoever. So if you're looking for a secure location to store your valuables, this isn't the place. read more
