This morning I returned only to see a homeless person walking out of the pedestrian gate and Building A was still open along with Building B door broken and the other pedestrian gate wide open. I went inside only to find a destroyed office with a Screen and 2 Ipads as their point of customer support. She told me they couldn't do anything about the homeless people, but I let her know that if everything was in working order, we wouldn't have this happening. We Never had these problems with the prior Ownership and will be looking for a different place for our storage needs if this doesn't change soon! I'm in property management and this is Not how you start off as a new owner. The lady on the screen seemed so dismissive of the situation. Upon arrival, I discovered that 'indoor' and 'climate controlled' are two very different meanings. Again, this should have been specified to me when I first called to inquire about the indoor units. It was nothing more than a garage that I was given to throw my stuff in with gravel, concrete flooring. It was also a huge hassle as I had to add an additional hour move time with my moving company AND had to shop around last minute to reserve another storage unit for my beds, sofa and clothing boxes. I would not recommend these storage units unless you are only storing appliances or garage items. And I left my review as a one star with the intent of coming back to edit my response, after I get a hold of management on Monday and IF they are willing to refund me the money for their mishap.
