They say that since it is a monthly only, they can change it anytime they want. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will wait until you're settled and then jack up the rates. Gaping hole in the chain link fence at the rear of the facility large enough for people to crawl through. 2. NO lighting at night at any of the public or indoor storage areas. The light fixtures are there but why are the lights not on? None of them seem to be activated by motion. 3. Mentally/emotionally challenged man wanders around the entrance to the facility and sits or lays himself on the property of Storage Sense, right in front of the office. The manager doesn't seem to care. 4. The security gates are repeatedly left open during the day and are not closed. So basically anyone can drive through the facility. I told the manager about this and she said she was unaware of these security issues. 5. Management seems completely oblivious and/or doesn't care about any of these safety and liability issues.
