Eventhough they have a 3 hr minimum, my items were handled with care, they asked as each item was brought in where I would like it placed. They also put back together a queen size bed and a heavy mirror on a dresser. While that may be not a big deal to others, it was a huge help to me! All being said they showed up on time, didn't waste anytime, were very profressional and where in and out in 45 minutes. Eventhough they had a 3 hr minimum, well worth it. That means a lot of customers have no idea their belongings are sitting in excessive heat and humidity in the middle of summer in texas unless they visit their unit regularly. Their items could be damaged, moldy, or deteriorating without them even knowing. The worst part is that they never notified affected customers. People pay extra for climate controlled storage, and failing to tell them that service is not being provided so they can protect their belongings and find other arrangements is completely unacceptable and in my opinion unethical.
