These guys were great. We recently moved from Huntsville to College Station and we hired them to both pack us and move us from there to here. While there were some minor issues with the packing, some food was left behind without telling us there wasn't enough cooler space and asking us to prioritize what we wanted to go and what we wanted to toss, everything went fine. Where they showed themselves above and beyond was after we moved. There was trouble finding the box with out TV electronics. On their own time, and spending more than a day doing it, they went to our storage unit, went through the boxes there, rearranging what was in the storage unit to be easier to get to stuff in the future while they were at it. When the box wasn't found there, a couple of guys came back here to the house and helped us look through the boxes here until the one we were looking for was found (they found it, not me, even though I had spent days trying to find it on my own). Not only did these guys do all of this, they were pleasant, friendly, supportive, and never once made us feel like we were a bother or that we were asking them to do this. They get my highest commendation. I would recommend them to others without hesitation, and would happily use them again. They proved themselves to be trustworthy and reliable. Many companies can learn from this Sarges Moving Services. I booked Sarges services to move my son into his 3 story apartment 1 week before the move. The communication was very good and confirmed with email. There was never an issue contacting someone by phone should I have any issues or to confirm the move a few days before the day. On the day of the move, two men Greg and Joseph showed up 15 minutes before the move to get their in plenty of time to sign the paperwork and start the process. The movers were prompt, efficient and effective in moving all the furniture up 2 flights of stairs. They never complained and gave all their efforts to get us finished in a timely fashion. They finished the work of unloading a 14 foot truck fully packed with a Queen bed, dresser, wooden desk, 2 sofas, entertainment cabinet, 3 bar stools and 30 boxes in about 1.5 hours. These two men were courteous, prompt and made the process seem effortless. They came with all the proper equipment including wraps and dollys. They even minimized their breaks since they were on the clock. I have to say that this was the best moving company I have ever worked with in the past 20 years and their work ethics are second to none. These men recently did a major move for me from one house to another and did a FABULOUS job! From our initial meeting to discuss price, availability, and process to the moment they drove out of the driveway at the end of the move, it was a first class, exceptional experience! I had ZERO damage, ZERO breakage, and ZERO problems! They arrived on time and got to work immediately loading the truck, and worked like demons all day. They took a 30 minute lunch and there was NO dilly-dallying or standing around texting or goofing off. The movers were extremely nice and polite and helpful, not to mention patient! They were very careful not to ding walls or woodwork or paint or to leave footprints or dirt on the floors. As my adult son said, "these guys know what they're doing!!!!" I would recommend them in a heartbeat to do any moving job, and will recommend them when we bring in new faculty who need moving services. I signed this company to move my father. I'm unable to do it myself, since I'm currently living overseas. I shopped around a lot for moving services. They had somebody come into my father's apartment for an estimate where most companies only do online estimates. After getting the estimate, we set the date for the move. In the words of my father, "Everything was perfect..." He says that the attitude and motivation of the movers. They tried their best to help him out as much as they could. The movers were very professional and handled everything carefully taking time to make sure things were done right. I had a bit of an issue with payment, but after talking with their friendly professional staff everything was sorted out. They even give military members a 10% discount. read more

I used Sarges Moving Services back in January 2020 and I'm just now able to write the review (life got hectic), but they were fantastic. Greg and Edward were our Movers, and they were early, hard working, fun, and took great care with our belongings. Fragile things were padded and wrapped, all the furniture safely loaded, and they got everything done in under 3 hours. These guys were non-stop and dedicated. I really appreciated their hard work ethic and diligence, and Jenga skills to put all the items into a U-Haul truck that, had I loaded myself, likely would not have fit. If I ever move back to Aggieland, I'll definitely be using them again. 5 of 5 stars, 10/10 rating. They were great. read more

Sarge's moving was fantastic. They helped us load a huge 40ft shipping container for an overseas move. The container was repeatedly delayed, the first time after the Sarge crew already showed up and started bringing stuff downstairs. We had to cancel and reschedule for a few days later. That day there was another 4 hour delay and Sarge worked with us to get the loading done in a few hours by rotating crews from other jobs. All this without any complaint or any extra charge! Absolutely amazing costumer service. Their crew were fantastic as well. Very hardworking, professional and friendly. We don't know what we would have done with them. read more

From the moment I called to make an appointment, primarily to have the couch in my daughter's apartment, even though it wasn't going to take the required 2 hours. When Randy, Sean & Trevor arrived they were so friendly, professional and efficient. We used Sarge's Moving Services to pack up a 20-ft U-Haul truck for a cross country furniture delivery to several households, a 2100 mile trip one way. Sarge's crew was amazing. They worked quickly, wrapped the furniture for protection, and packed the truck expertly. They even roped off each delivery destination's furniture so that we knew which furniture needed to be dropped off at each stop along the way.
