The experienced team of movers (all with years of experience, not just college kids) was courteous, engaging, and most of all, they were very careful with all our belongings. Dan set up a very reasonable price and it did not change. Jackie, in the office, was communicative and extremely helpful. The team that moved us were the STARS. We have moved many times and have never had such a kind, polite and hardworking crew. They were very careful with our items and made sure we were aware of their location as they traveled. We literally had 100 plus boxes in a truck and then again in storage in less than an hour. However, they never rushed or were careless with our items. We had a really disappointing experience with Jason and Aggieland Moving and would strongly caution…read moreanyone hiring them. We brought them in to do carpet/tile cleaning and some basic decluttering before selling a family home. Before the job started, we specifically talked about budget limits and concerns and were told it would be around 1-2 hours of decluttering and 3-4 hours of cleaning. What actually happened felt like major scope creep. 9 hours of cleaning and 5 hours of decluttering! Without asking us first, they went far beyond what we discussed -- packing parts of the garage, removing art from walls, boxing up belongings, and charging us $595 for packing materials. We didn't ask them to or even give them permission to pack anything beyond just clearing off counters, etc. Our biggest issue was the lack of communication. If a job is suddenly becoming 2-3x larger than expected and agreed upon, you call the customer before continuing. That never happened. Instead, we were handed a huge invoice afterward and told all the extra work was "necessary." Since they are calling it necessary, then we just have to pay for it. I guess we should be glad they didn't decide to paint the place and charge us for that too. The whole thing ended up feeling less like an estimate and more like a blank check. To make matters worse, when we tried to question the charges and explain our concerns, the conversation quickly turned defensive and escalated into threats about filing "Theft of Service" claims if payment wasn't made immediately. That was honestly shocking considering we were still trying to resolve the disagreement in good faith. Maybe they do good work for some people, but our experience involved poor communication, unauthorized scope expansion, unexpectedly high charges, and pressure tactics we were very uncomfortable with.

I…read moreinitially wasn't going to do a review but I called them to rectify this situation first and instead of fixing it one of the movers called me to say that they didn't take anything and I am far from crazy because I know my deep freezer was full and they kept saying, "You can wholesale some of this chicken". I work very hard for what I have and I buy ES at my job every 3-4 months. I keep my family fed! Like why were you even given my number? This was unacceptable and unprofessional. Hopefully this will save someone else from going through what I am going through. I hired Aggie movers to do a local job recently I thought everything was fine until I started looking at my belongings, and the one thing I hate is a thief and a liar. I had a deep freezer full of chicken and other items that my husband and I packaged and the thing is we were missing items! I didn't check the freezer to see if it had been emptied all the way because I trusted these people with my belongings. (I should have known better when they pulled up in a small trailer and a disturbing looking SUV). The thing is my husband knew exactly what he put in there and there were missing items! I was letting my deep freezer defrost so I didn't immediately put the frozen items back in until after they left. My freezer was full and now it's half full. This was very disappointing! I also checked my couch which I had for only two weeks and there's a rip in it like it was dragged on the cement, they failed to tell me about that! Also my son's desk was taken apart and I didn't know it until after, the guy said that he would put it back together but it was not properly put back together. I should have went with my first mind and stuck with the company that I have been using for years. This was a BIG lesson learned! I will NEVER use this company again and for what it's worth do your research. I can't stand liars and thieves! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
