Updated Review - June 2026…read more I am updating my previous five-star review from August 2025 because my experience on June 19, 2026 was dramatically different. As a widow and parent of a medically fragile daughter, I chose this company specifically because of the excellent service I received last year. This time, the crew worked for approximately five hours with no complaints. The lead driver performed a walkthrough, used my bathroom, and the team packed and loaded belongings without raising any concerns about the condition of the home. Everything changed when it came time to move our stacked washer and dryer unit (329 lbs). Suddenly, the lead driver claimed the apartment was so filthy it was making him sick and they could no longer continue. This was the first time any issue was mentioned. Two days prior, maintenance workers had been in the same apartment and specifically commented on how clean it was. I was left with furniture, beds, and belongings still in the old apartment while the crew stopped for about an hour before disappearing. I had to scramble to figure out what happened to my possessions. Since arriving at the new place, we have also discovered multiple damaged items (couch, end table, broken patio chair, etc.) that were not damaged prior to the move. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I have no problem leaving glowing feedback when a company performs well -- I did so previously. Unfortunately, this move fell far short of the professional service I expected and paid for. I would not recommend or use this company again. We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done.
