At no time did Woodlands Moving and DELIVERY mention they didn't have any record of my quote b/c I was calling the wrong company. The company has similar colors and logo to the company I intended to hire., Woodlands Moving and Storage. 1. An hour and 15 minutes late. 2. Put a hole in my ceiling with my couch 3. Argues with my husband that our front door needed to be taken off to remove several items that we moved in just fine with the door on. Took the door off anyway. 4. Slow, very slow 5. I was told the job would take 2.5 and it took 5.5. Again, very slow crew. 6. Ramon, the boss man. Delivered putty and a spatula to repair the lead mover and left. He didn't get out and look at the damage. He didn't get out and apologize to us. He just left. 7. When I asked Ramon to make this right he took off the $75 delivery fee and responded as though I should be thankful for that. I said your team put a hole in my ceiling and I need you to make it right. He told me " I already spent $20 on the putty and the spatula thing." His fix for a hole was putty. No Sheetrock repair or paint. See pics below. He will not return our texts our calls now that we paid. We had to pay out of pocket to our new buyers to repair the hole. 8. They were moving half of our home into a storage unit and it took 5.5 hours. We had already moved more than half of our home ourselves into the storage. We hired Haulin' Movers to move both storage units into our new home and they moved all of it in 5 hours. The difference in the crew was night and day.
