Upon arrival, I discovered that 'indoor' and 'climate controlled' are two very different meanings. Again, this should have been specified to me when I first called to inquire about the indoor units. It was nothing more than a garage that I was given to throw my stuff in with gravel, concrete flooring. It was also a huge hassle as I had to add an additional hour move time with my moving company AND had to shop around last minute to reserve another storage unit for my beds, sofa and clothing boxes. I would not recommend these storage units unless you are only storing appliances or garage items. And I left my review as a one star with the intent of coming back to edit my response, after I get a hold of management on Monday and IF they are willing to refund me the money for their mishap. Mind you, I had to pay for two extra expenses last minute due to lack of communication on their end.
