They only prorate the rent when you move in NOT when you move out. I moved out of two units by 8 February and did not get a refund of any portion of the $500+ I paid for the units. I am sure they rented the units out to someone else. Not to mention I was stuck inside the storage parking lot for over 30 minutes because the exit gate wouldn't open, for the second time!!! read more

Had a unit at this location for almost 10 yrs. And moved to a bigger in size and way cheaper in price unit at a different location. The rent just kept rising. Always clean and well taken care of around on property. Never trash all over the place like some storage places do. They do have excellent service though. Just the pricing issues was to much. read more

Unit was much cheaper at this location and very friendly staff. Great location & clean units

We needed a parking spot for our jet skis and it was the easiest thing to do with Public Storage. Everything could be done online and with the app you can open and close the gate and not have to worry about anything. We love the fact that it's month-to-month. read more

We are in the process of moving, are in between homes, and have 3 units at this facility. Michael, the property manager, is great. He is very helpful and friendly. Place is always clean. We feel very safe at this location, which is very close to the house we are building. In addition to these units, we also have 3 smaller units at a facility that is close to the home we sold. There is no comparison of facilities. Would like to move all to this Magnolia facility, but makes no sense to have to move twice. We have always maintained a storage unit because we had "toys". In my years of moving to multiple cities I've come across many obstacles when putting my belongings into storage & dealing with the process of moving. Sandra at Public Storage here in Magnolia has made our transition here a breeze. She has great customer service skills and goes above what is needed to assure we are satisfied. The property manager here is very helpful with answering any questions we may have & assuring the facility is secure. The property itself is cleaned & maintained; we have inside & outside storage units that both met our needs. Even though it was raining when we reserved our units, Sandra still went outside to unlock our units for viewing. The prices & promotions here are hard to beat! The storage unit itself is sufficient, just like any other storage unit, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I reserved my storage unit online where they were advertising a discounted monthly rate. They didn't provide the discount as advertised, we all make mistakes this is not what was most frustrating. I called the Magnolia location several times and left voice mails with NO response. I tried to call the corporate office and they told me they could not help and I had to go through the location. After leaving a message threatening to escalate the situation, i received a call back from the office. She was apologetic saying she would get it resolved immediately and call me back. I never heard back from her. I called her manager to report it. The manager called back and said she would resolve it and never did. She finally adjusted my current bill but never credited me for the 6 months that I overpaid due to an error on their part. Horrible customer service. I will be moving my stuff simply to not deal with them anymore. read more
