This company chased me down for a year for a phone call I made on behalf of someone else who was in…read morean assisted living center and he was selling his house. I literally made the call for someone else. Not my stuff, not my house. I wasn't even there by the time they came out. I had already left the state for my home state. The person passed and they came after me, even though I had no legal responsibility. I called them a million times to discuss this but they refused to even accept or review the documentation I had to clear my name. They were ruining my great credit score every single month by saying I was late on payments. It wasn't even my credit card that was used. I didn't live in the state in which I made the call, I never told them that I would even be there or that I had anything to do with this. I literally made a phone call for somebody else and they've spent all this time trying to ruin my credit over $500. I finally paid it to the collection agency they sent after me just to stop getting a hit on my credit and then a month after I paid it off I get two back to back collection notices directly from shred it. This company is a scam! They are garbage and do not use them under any circumstances. You will definitely regret it
